I used XXL-K9 for a transport for my Great Dane from Kansas City, MO to Orlando, FL area. I cannot say any better things about them! They had great equipment, they are equipped with different sizes of crates. They were not only caring with my dog, they were comunicative and responsible. Hunter was great! From the start he was willing to work with me and responded quickly to any questions. He even agreed to bring down his first bid to help me out and picked up my little bulldog pup quickly. He was very nice with my parents that had the dog. My mom was very apprehensive of the whole process but once she meet hunter she called and told me the pup was going to be okay. Hunter made a hell of trip transporting 4 dogs to two states and he made it all in less than 36 hours. Not only is he a driver but a photographer. Sent a few cute picks of the pup running around and having a good time. Hunter also shared his location with me the whole time. Granted due to cell service and technology it was not always spot on but it was there. The best part of the whole trip tho, aside from great communication and amazing work, the pup showed up clean, feed and was not traumatize at all. Great job hunter!!

Overall, it was a good experience. I recieved the pick up notice the morning of at 5:45am. I was told that the driver would call 2 hrs before arriving. He called at 9am and said he would arrive in 1hr. He ended up working with me to wait until 1pm when I could leave work. Communication was a little difficult as well. All in all, it was successful and they delivered on time from West coast to East.

After the contract was signed and before the driver was assigned the communication from HB Transit logistics was pretty slow and I was worried that they were not going to transport my boat and trailer within the time constraints of my availability. I had to repeatedly contact them to get information on when a driver would be assigned and the pick up scheduled. However they pulled it together and got it done within my timelines. The assigned driver Juan Carlos Vasquez did an excellent job communicating ahead of pick up and again before delivery. The boat and trailer arrived in good condition in NC. Despite the rocky start and poor communication I was very satisfied with the service.

I had to use a dog shipper and chose Little Rascals Transport. I booked easily and the date I wanted was not available but I was flexible. They chose the date of April 1st, 2024. I was sent a contract and a bill for $250 to finalize my booking. Then crickets. I was hearing nothing at all. I had this feeling that maybe it was a scam and I just fell for it, especially when I called the number on the receipt. It rang a few times then said that voice mail was not set up. So I decided to send an email. I did get a response there and was told that she would look into it. Mind you, this was Friday. My pickup was supposed to be on Monday. When I didn’t hear anything, I emailed back. The owner actually got snippy with me and said that it’s a holiday weekend and she is spending time with family and not babysitting the computer, mind you, they chose the date, not me. Very unprofessional businesswoman. When Jose, the driver took over, it went smoothly and I had as much or little contact as I wanted. I was able to ask him questions that I should have already had answers from the owner, mind you, he didn’t know all the answers because that’s the owner’s job, not the drivers job. Jose was amazing though.

We were very pleased with the transport of our dog, Blue. We had never used a transport company before and were a little apprehensive. When we met our driver we were reassured that Blue was in good hands. The driver provided us an app which allowed us to follow his progress with GPS, and also sent a few pictures along the route. Blue arrived at his destination sooner than we would have been able to transport him ourselves. We will definitely use this service again.

Just put this in there: This was my first experience with hiring a dog transport. I was nervous about it, but they were very courteous, kept me updated with texts, pictures and videos, and connected me with their travels by using Life 360. It was almost like I was with them! They took excellent care of my dog, Shelly. They took frequent breaks, walked her and offered her food and water often. I highly recommend this couple for transporting your pet.

I’ve never used a pet transport company before but didn’t want to send my anxious husky / German Shepherd in the cargo hull of a Boeing from JFK to LAX. I did some research before going with Jungle Buddies. Unfortunately they have some pretty dismal yelp reviews but a lot of us know that when you have a good experience you don’t always remember to leave a positive review, on the other hand when you have a horrible experience, you tend to call in the troops to leave nasty reviews and the reviews don’t end up giving the company an accurate rating. I decided to reach out and was given details explanations for all of the negative reviews which turned out to be unruly customers who called in family members and friends to write awful fake reviews as well. I really respect Jungle Buddies for taking the time to explain those to me and put me at ease before confirming the booking. They picked up my dog in Brooklyn NY, and did a switch off in Virginia where there East to west transporter met their north to south east coast shipper. Kaleb picked Athens up in Brooklyn and asked so many questions and was so gentle with her, I was immediately at ease sending her away with him. I got lots of updates along the way. They sent two messages a day with photos like promised and I was able to GPS track the progress the whole time. Lillian dropped her off and everything was in order. She was well fed and very happy! Totally recommend

Bria is super responsive and she always try to make sure all schedules are met. She plan ahead and stay ahead of schedule as well. I scheduled her to do a airport kitten pick two days earlier. Bria arrived there earlier, went through all the steps it tooks (turns out not an easy process and Bria was so patience during it and finally resolved all issues) and finally delivered kitten to the drop off location exactly like the navigation ETA. Heather was the best transport person on the face of the planet! She transported a dog to Nashville from California for me and when she got to Nashville it was clear that the situation wasn’t going to work out. She called me to let me know and although I was a complete wreck, she stayed calm and kept “Rosie” for over a week while she was transporting other dogs. During this time she loved Rosie and took amazing care of her and then found her the best forever home in upstate New York. She is great with the dogs she transports and takes impeccable care of them and keeps her cool and helps your problem solve should anything go wrong. I actually had another situation that was even more complex than this and she was a life saver! I would never use anyone but Heather to transport my dogs.

We chose, very reluctantly, to transport our cat from Michigan to Florida after 3 prescriptions did nothing to help her travel anxiety. After meeting with Jesse and his family we felt much better. Maybe it was the large van with windows the cat couldn't see out of, or maybe they have cat magic; either way she made it here happy and well cared for. And my husband made it here with his nerves intact and unplucked. We would definitely call on them again if the situation arises and recommend you do the same!
