My mission is to provide a safe, comfortable, and stress-free journey while giving you complete peace of mind from pickup to delivery. ❤️ Why I Do What I Do My love for animals isn't just something I say; it's something I live every single day. One of the experiences that best represents who I am happened on June 1, 2026, the morning I was headed into surgery for a cervical disc replacement. While preparing for my own surgery, I learned about eight Belgian Malinois in California that were scheduled to be euthanized at 4:00 p.m. on June 2, the day after my operation. As nurses were hooking me up to monitors before anesthesia, I wasn't focused only on myself; I was coordinating transportation from California to my home in Michigan in hopes of giving these incredible dogs the second chance they deserved. When I woke up from surgery, I received the best news I could have hoped for. Three of the dogs had already been adopted by wonderful families in South Dakota, and the remaining five were safely on their way to me in Michigan. Every one of those eight Belgian Malinois was saved!!💖 That experience reaffirmed exactly why I do what I do. Every animal deserves compassion, patience, safety, and someone willing to fight for them. It's a reminder that every pet has value, every life matters, and every journey should be made with care. When your pet is traveling with me, they aren't "just another transport." They become my responsibility, and I promise to care for them with the same dedication and compassion I would give my own animals. 📩 Before Booking Please send me a message before booking so I can confirm my availability, discuss your pet's individual needs, and make sure I can provide the best possible accommodations for your travel dates. Every pet is unique, and I want to ensure I can give them the personalized care they deserve. If you've received another quote, don't hesitate to reach out. Pricing is negotiable on a case-by-case basis, and I'd be happy to discuss your transport needs. ♡SOLO/PRIVATE RIDE vs. SHARED RIDE Choosing a Solo (Private) Ride or a Shared Ride may affect your transportation cost. Every pet in my care receives the same exceptional level of compassion, attention, and safety—regardless of the transportation option you choose. •Solo/Private Ride: Your pet will travel exclusively with me and will not be transported alongside other clients' pets. This option provides a direct, personalized experience with minimal stops and is ideal for pets that require individual accommodations or owners who prefer exclusive transport. •Shared Ride: Your pet may travel with other pets that are heading in the same general direction. Shared rides are a more economical option while still providing attentive, compassionate care throughout the journey. To ensure every animal receives the attention they deserve, no more than four pets will be transported at one time. No matter which option you choose, your pet's safety, comfort, and well-being are always my highest priorities. 🐶 Personalized Care When you book with me, you'll communicate directly with me throughout the entire process. You'll always know exactly who is caring for your pet from pickup until safe delivery. I provide individualized care for: • Puppies • Kittens • Senior pets • Nervous or anxious pets • Pets with medical or special care needs I carefully follow all owner instructions, including feeding schedules, medications, exercise routines, mobility limitations, and any special requests. Communication is one of the most important parts of my service. Throughout your pet's journey, I'll provide regular updates so you can relax knowing your family member is safe and well cared for. 🛡️ Safety Comes First Your pet's safety is my number one priority. Every transport includes: • Clean, sanitized kennels provided by me • Secure food and water bowls attached inside every kennel • Fresh water at every fuel stop • Breakfast and dinner feeding schedule unless instructed otherwise • Frequent potty breaks for fully vaccinated adult dogs • Continuous monitoring throughout transport Puppy Safety For puppies that are not fully vaccinated: NO PAWS ON THE GROUND. Puppies remain safely inside their kennel on a raised grid over clean puppy pads to minimize exposure to illness until they safely reach their destination. Dog Safety Every dog is walked using my professional slip leashes, even if they're wearing their own harness or collar. This added layer of protection significantly reduces the chance of escapes during loading, unloading, and potty breaks. Cat Safety Cats receive extra precautions during transport. • Doors and windows remain closed whenever cat kennels are opened. • Every cat kennel includes food and water bowls. • Corner litter pans are provided. • Owners must provide low-dust litter. • Please have your cat safely confined in a bathroom or carrier before pickup so loading can be completed calmly and safely. ✅ Travel Requirements For the health and safety of all animals: • Puppies must be at least 8 weeks old. • All pets must be current on vaccinations. • A Health Certificate dated within 14 days of travel is required. • Pets should be brushed, clean, and free of fleas before pickup. • Adult dogs being walked during transport should be on flea prevention. 🎒 What Your Pet May Bring Your pet is welcome to travel with: • Bedding that fits inside the kennel • Blankets • Favorite toys  •Medication: must have date and clear instructions about administration. If medication needs to be chilled it is the responsibility of the customer to provide a reusable ice pack to keep chilled. (No ice as it will cause a mess.) I recommend small insulated reusable grocery bags  🛍  •Travel bags should be no larger than a reusable grocery bag. •Food should be packed in one or two gallon-sized zip-lock bags or a small food bag that fits inside the travel bag along with pets name and/or transport location drop off. Please do not send: • Crates or kennels • Food bins • Large totes •Additional baggage may be accepted if space allows; for a $50 fee. •If your pet is traveling with an Apple AirTag or another tracking device, please let me know beforehand so I recognize the notification during transport.  📏 Accurate Pet Information Please provide your pet's accurate weight when booking. Shared transports are carefully planned according to kennel size. If your pet requires a larger kennel than originally disclosed, accommodations may not be possible. If I can accommodate the larger kennel, a $200 oversized kennel fee will apply. 🦴 Destructive Dogs If your dog is known to chew bedding or kennel mats, please let me know before pickup. You may be asked to provide your own blanket or kennel mat. If one of my kennel mats is damaged during transport, a $50 replacement fee will be added to the final balance. 💳 Deposits & Payment A $150 deposit is required to reserve your pet's kennel space. This will put you on my calendar for the date and time agreed upon. Your deposit is applied toward your total transport cost. For transports over 1,800 miles, the following is due at pickup: • $150 reservation deposit • 50% of the balance at reservation and remainder due at drop off Accepted payment methods include: • cashapp • Venmo • Cash (Debit/credit coming soon) 🚚 Scheduling Pickup and delivery times are estimated. Weather, traffic, road conditions, and unforeseen delays can occasionally affect schedules. Your pet's safety will always take priority over maintaining an exact arrival time. ❌ Cancellation Policy Your deposit reserves your pet's kennel space and is applied toward your balance. If you cancel after booking, the deposit is non-refundable. Pickup dates may be rescheduled based on availability. The earlier you notify me, the more flexibility I have to accommodate your request. Reservations canceled within five days of pickup may not qualify for a transfer or deposit return. ℹ️ Important Information The booking fee charged by CitizenShipper is separate from my transportation fee and is paid directly to CitizenShipper for connecting customers with transporters. That fee is not applied toward my quoted transport price. I am USDA certified and comply with all applicable Animal Welfare Act regulations for the safe and humane transportation of animals. My primary transport vehicle is a spacious Volkswagen Atlas SUV, offering ample room for the safe and comfortable transportation of multiple animals. The Atlas provides a large cargo area with flexible seating configurations, allowing for secure placement of multiple crates while maintaining proper ventilation and accessibility. When configured for transport, the rear seating can be folded flat to accommodate several appropriately sized crates, making it suitable for transporting multiple dogs, including medium and large breeds. The vehicle's wide rear opening allows for easy loading and unloading, while the flat cargo floor helps ensure crates remain stable during travel. Features that benefit animal transport include: Climate-controlled interior with front and rear air vents. Spacious cargo area capable of accommodating multiple secured crates. Smooth ride quality to reduce travel stress and motion discomfort. Easy access for routine feeding, hydration, and comfort breaks. Capacity for transport supplies, including food, water, leashes, cleaning materials, first aid supplies, and emergency equipment. Tinted windows and enclosed cargo space to help create a calm travel environment. The Volkswagen Atlas is particularly well-suited for rescue transports, adoption transports, and long-distance pet relocation, providing enough room to safely transport multiple animals while maintaining high standards of comfort, cleanliness, and welfare throughout the journey.
