The driver was courteous,friendly, professional and definitely good with both of my babies that were transported. The driver kept me updated the whole time on the arrival to the pickup location and all the way to the drop off location. My baby's even though they like to cry a lot.They did not cry on the whole trip there because the\nDriver kept them comforted the whole way there and sent me pictures all the time. I definitely highly recommend this driver anytime you need your baby's transport and I will refer this driver to others as well. Happy Holidays

Jaja waists no time getting your pet to you.! He drove my lil' Yorkie puppy 766 miles in record time and had bid the best price. I recieved photos and updates from him every 3-4 hours. I'm very Impressed with this young man!

I was nervous as I had never booked a transport for a pet before. After receiving the bid, I selected Jaja to bring my new family member to my home. Our communication was exceptional and he kept me apprised of all plans, timing and what I should expect the day of transport. The morning came and I received photos of my pup ready for his excursion in a comfortable secure part of the car. Throughout the day I received updates including photos and expected time of arrival. Service was fantastic! He showed up in the very specific time window I had available (5am) and was SO patient with us as we navigated multiple difficult situations. He took photos ans videos of my cats throughout the drive. He got them from Maryland to South FL in the same day. The cats did not seem stressed at all. He was SO pleasant to work with and replied to all messages very quickly both before, during, and after transport. I am SO thankful!!!

We had the opportunity to work with JaJa as he brought our dog (Miles) from Ohio to Florida. This was the best experience we could ask for. - He provide pictures every 1-2 hours - He provided videos ' - He provided location - The vehicle he travelled in was very clean! Not one time did we have any concerns or felt nervous during this experience. Miles even stayed on a hotel! I have since referred JaJa to multiple people. Definitely one of the best out there!
