James was amazing. He kept us up to date with photos the whole time. Was very easy to communicate with and I would highly recommend him. James transported our dog from California to Chicago so it was 2 full days and Buff the dog had a great time!!

Just when I thought delivering my foster cat to his new home across the country would be impossible, I found James through Citizen Shipper. James offered a great bid and was ready to deliver much sooner than we anticipated. In fact, the entire deliver process was much quicker than expected! With his help, our foster cat found his new home as a Cristmas delivery. James was prompt, quick to respond, and reliable. Overall, a super-kind person.
