She met me at the Anacortes Ferry Terminal and personally drove my handmade Christmas wreath all the way to Gig Harbor during wild, windy weather and I felt completely at ease the entire time. Throughout the trip she sent videos and I could follow her on Life360 in real time. Well I have never used a pet transporter and if I ever did I would want to know all about them. I am a state law enforcement officer and naturally skeptical. I could not find anything but good comments and reviews about Luxury Pet Transport. Their prices were fair but I had not talked to them yet. I was really nervous trusting anyone to pick up two 8 week old puppies 1,000s of miles away much less risking being scammed. I accepted their bid and it wasn’t until I spoke to them that all my concerns had been laid to rest and I could tell they were pet and people lovers. Everything I was promised by Luxury was accomplished from updates every 4 to 5 hours to a flawless pickup and delivery. My puppies arrived happy and unstressed I could tell they were well taken care of. Oh and did I mention they delivered my puppies 5 days early . Luxury personnel are very professional all the way down to watching the weather for my pets safety. They had been watching the weather and saw the weather up north was suppose to be very dangerous the week of the agreed pickup and they showed great concern for my puppies well being. Luxury explained to me what was going on and asked if I would want them picked up a week early I answered yes. They contacted the breeder and arranged a pick up date along with location. I did not have to worry about one thing due to Luxury taking care of it all.

Adam helped me transport my Australian Shepherd from Ithaca to San Francisco, he drove across the country in 3.5 days providing consistent location updates and pictures of my pup. I had paid 600 dollars for an "adoption fee and boarding fee" in advance. They weren't able to get the dog, Monday, the day of the original request, but I paid for the booking anyways because they said they may be able to Tuesday or Wednesday and I wanted to make sure we could move as fast as possible for the dog. Come Tuesday morning they say they may be able to drive this morning and to send the 600 dollars. I said I was on the way to the bank and then 3 mins later they call again telling me to send the money, they were antsy it seemed. I get to the bank and send 600 as requested at 7:30 am their time. I soon received an email from the shelter stating the dog was adopted Monday night. I informed them at 9:37 am their time Tuesday morning (as soon as i got the email) the dog had been adopted, knowing they haven't even left their house yet. They wanted to call the shelter and make sure he was still there before leaving, and the shelter didn't open until 10 am to confirm this over phone. So they did zero driving or adopting or emailing to the shelter, on my behalf, yet I paid for an adoption fee and boarding fee. The adoption fee was explained to me by them that it is used for the time and gas to go there and adopt the dog for me. They didn't leave or attempt to get the dog for me yet they are refusing give me the 250 back. They only refunded 350 of the 600. They didn't even do anything except message me. No gas or time to go there was done. I paid in advance on good faith and hoping we had the same interest of saving a dog. Instead, I was robbed.

I truly could not say enough good things— Heather was wonderful for every step of this process! Our transport was very reasonably priced and she made the timeframe work on short notice and could not have been more accommodating. She picked up and delivered exactly when she said and truly cared about the puppy and her well being. She sent pictures and stayed in contact the whole time. I would highly recommend her! So grateful we connected with Heather and happy to have our puppy home with us!

Khristina is absolutely amazing! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I found my sweet kitten Luca in Corpus Christi and needed him safely brought to Houston. After getting scammed on Facebook Marketplace earlier this year (paid for a kitten that never showed up), I was super skeptical and nervous about trusting anyone with transport. Khristina changed all of that. She was kind, professional, and kept me updated from the very first message. She picked him up right on time, turned his carrier into the coziest spot with his blanket and toys, and sent me the cutest pictures the entire trip. Luca usually gets stressed and meows on longer car rides, but with her he didn’t make a sound the whole way. He was purring and totally relaxed in every photo. She even let him poke his little head out of the carrier for fresh air and gave him tons of pets and love. She texted updates constantly and shared the sweetest snaps of him looking like the happiest kitten on earth. When she pulled up in Houston she carried him right to my door, and he stepped out calm, content, and ready to explore. This was honestly perfect from start to finish. Khristina is trustworthy, thoughtful, and you can tell she genuinely adores animals. I would book her again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Khristina, you’re a gem! Luca is currently snoozing on my chest dreaming about his next road trip. ❤️

Robert transported our poodle from Boston to Florida in a matter of 48 hours. Technically he arrived sooner but our plane hadn’t landed yet. Robert was nice enough to wait and accommodate us and deliver our dog once we arrived. He was professional, kind and sent pictures during the transport. Highly recommended!

11 Dec 2025 - Thank you, Thank you…. Initially I was worried but once I rec’d the first phone call Rick to confirm my reservation and to go over details, all of my worried disappeared. I was kept informed and with pictures from the time my little Coby was picked up in SA through out his 24 hr journey to his drop off in Madison AL. I would Not hesitate to use MPTransport again…. Melisa is a wonderful transporter and very conscientious person. She transported my Eli from Ohio to Montana. I receiving pictures and videos twice per day. The SUV was spacious and Eli had the entire seat to lay down in. Eli traveled without being in a cage. I hope to use Melisa again in the future.
