Then he delivered the animals on time and even brought our luggage into the house as we had just arrived from the airport. He was conscientious about the weather conditions and the snow we were leaving in Iowa. My dog and cat were happy to be home and content with their traveling arrangements. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM NO MATTER WHAT THEY TELL YOU. Quoted at 3500. Then days later during pickup, they don't send the driver and try to squeeze an additional $2000 scam to send someone. I included PHOTOS of all items to be transferred so nothing was a surprise. They will tell you whatever you want to hear to get your business but at the end of the day this is just a provider who outsources the work. I wasted $200 on paying CitizensShipper just so this person can scam me.

Nathan transported my dog from NYC to Arkansas within 24 hours. He took very good care of them. I was very nervous given I live overseas and needed to find someone quick to relocate them to my Aunt. I spent a few days searching for a transport service, and many options raised red flags, except for Keith. His reviews were perfect, and now I see why. I’m glad I chose experience over the cheapest option. We hired him to pick up a 26’ pontoon boat and transport it over 400 miles, and he was incredible from start to finish. He was extremely efficient and kept me updated every step of the way. Even when the weather shifted our schedules, he made it work and still delivered the boat ahead of schedule. He made sure everything was set and walked me through how to prep the boat for storage based on the instructions he received at pickup. Excellent work, super friendly, and truly professional.
