Harrison was amazing and very kind !! He has the best A++ communication out of all of the shippers we have ever used !! We had some dilemmas that came up and he worked with us flawlessly and understood exactly what to do. He gave adequate notice for those on the other pick-up end as well. Harrison helped me out when I was struggling to find an affordable shipper to bring a couch to me in Texas from Missouri. The couch had to be bought and paid for IN STORE, and they would not accept over the phone payment. I trusted Harrison and he trusted me when he paid for the couch and allowed me to reimburse him instantly. He then kept in contact with me as he drove it down and delivered it right to my living room. I cannot begin to express how appreciative I am of his timely and professional service.
