When we're discussing your bid, you're speaking directly to me, not someone from the office. I look forward to providing you with personalized care from booking thru delivery! My motto is reliability and safety in motion! In May of 2022, I set out on a mission to create a life for myself that combines the things I love in life; animals and travel. From the initial quote to the final delivery, I utilize my deep roots in logistics and transportation to provide a seamless, stress-free experience. To make sure we’re all set for a successful trip, I wanted to clarify how the booking process works. When you book through CitizenShipper, they charge a platform fee to facilitate our connection. Once that is settled, a 25% deposit of my bid is due to officially secure your spot on the schedule. To keep everything running on time, the remaining pickup and delivery fees are due prior to pickup and delivery (unless other arrangements have been made). I know schedules can be tricky, so I always offer a one-hour courtesy window for both pickup and delivery. Because I work hard to stay on schedule for all my clients, arrivals more than an hour past our agreed time will incur a $60/hour wait fee. Please let me know if you have any questions—I’m happy to help! *I understand things happen and sometimes you may need to reschedule or worst case scenario - cancel your trip completely. As a professional courtesy, I request as much advance notice as possible so that we can make the appropriate changes to our schedule. Your booking fee is non-refundable.
