My experience using Hayley’s service was top notch! From the start of the service just communicating before pickup, she made everything crystal clear and really helped to put us at ease for what was going to be an extremely long journey for our Husky from Seattle to Miami. She was super friendly and meeting her in person felt like she was a long time family friend! She immediately helped our fur baby feel comfortable and her SUV was sizable enough to allow for his large crate to fit and still have room for him to stretch out outside of the crate (she was nice enough to include this option to make him more comfortable). Throughout the 4 day journey she provided us with multiple checkins, status updates and a slew of pictures that showed that our boy was really enjoying his cross country trip and that made us the happiest! She had him spoiled with treats and love along the whole Journey. I needed to make cross country travel arrangements for my sister's cat on short notice. Tatiana prioritized Red the Cat's safety and comfort throughout the whole process. She was very helpful with information about traveling for Red and kept us all informed with timely updates and photos. Howard was absolutely amazing if you love your fur babies like I love mine then I would highly recommend picking Howard for your transport. I had to get one of my dogs to my sister which was over 600 miles away with very little time to plan and no knowledge of how things worked Howard walked me through the entire process and was very compassionate and thoughtful he made sure to update me with pics to assure me my dog was safe and sound on her trip , he also made a few stops so that she could stretch her legs , and eat some treats . he made the entire situation stress free and when It’s time for her to come home I’ll definitely be giving Howard a call.

Tamara is a true expert in pet transport. She drives my chinchilla all the way from the West Coast of the USA to the East Coast of Canada, as it's not easy to find an international airline that allows exotic pets on board. Along the way, she gives constant updates about my chinchilla's status, interacts with him, and cleans his cage. She even lets him stretch his legs in her own playpen outside the crate. Brentoya did such an amazing job of keeping me updated throughout the whole trip and sending me photos of my dog that she took splendid care of! The price was reasonable and always worth it when it comes to my Bailey! I am so thankful to have my dog back in my arms again, thank you guys! They also send a gps tracking, which is reassuring. The crate was provided as well as a leash. All you have to provide is food, which is smart anyways so that your pet doesn’t get an upset stomach when trying new food. My dog traveled from Texas all the way to Connecticut, and she arrived here really quickly too. Definitely recommend going with this company, you won’t regret it!! :)

A Nightmare Experience with Bria - Avoid at All Costs! We had an absolutely horrendous experience with Bria’s so-called dog transport services, and I feel it’s necessary to warn others. Bria was scheduled to pick up our puppy on November 1st at 1:00 p.m. At 2:00 p.m., with no updates from her end, I reached out only to be informed her car had broken down and she would need to cancel the pickup. With no other options, my husband drove 16 hours to bring our puppy home, completely ruining our weekend and putting us through a tremendous amount of stress. Even worse, she had already charged us half of the total price via Venmo, and despite her promises, she has refused to refund the payment. She claims refunds take “up to four weeks,” yet she has stopped answering our calls and messages altogether. It’s clear Bria’s business is unreliable and unprofessional, and she has displayed no regard for her customers. Save yourself the time, money, and heartache—find a transporter who’s trustworthy and cares about their clients.

If I could give a zero rating, I would, but it’s not possible to leave a review without any stars on this platform. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had since I arrived in the US. The driver's service was hired based on the reviews on their profile on the platform, and during the negotiation, I made it clear that my dog, Benji, would be picked up at the Los Angeles airport kennel, as he was arriving from a long international trip. I also made it clear that the date and time (October 28th, in the afternoon) were non-negotiable given the circumstances. I specified that the trip should be individual because my dog is not friendly with other dogs, and I also sent the dimensions and photos of the transport crate I wanted them to bring, which was approved by CJ. CJ informed me that Shana (his wife) would be picking up Benji, but to my surprise, on October 28th, Shana messaged me saying she would be delayed because another client's dog was late. The issue began when Shana later informed me that she would not be able to pick up Benji on October 28th, but only on the morning of October 29th due to this other delay. I agreed, as I had no other option at the time. I had to negotiate a hotel stay at the Los Angeles kennel for Benji to spend the night with the team until Shana arrived. On October 29th, Shana kept changing the arrival time, eventually showing up at 7 PM, when the kennel was almost closing. When she arrived, she was driving a small car (completely different from the vehicles shown on the platform), with a small dog loose in the front seat. She had an inappropriate transport crate for the size of my dog. My husband called Shana, and she explained that her van had broken down and that she hadn’t informed anyone to avoid problems for herself. However, she didn’t think to inform me about the issue or consider my dog’s well-being. Due to the confusion, the Los Angeles kennel informed me they would not release Benji to another driver, only to the owners. With no other options, my husband and I bought flights to Los Angeles, rented a car, and drove for over 24 hours to bring our dog home. On top of that, we lost the $600 paid in advance to the drivers, which was not refunded despite our attempts to request a refund. The CITIZEN platform also couldn’t reach the drivers to resolve the situation. I’m not sure if this was an isolated case, but if you’re a pet owner who cares about your animal’s well-being, I recommend you think twice before hiring this company’s services.

Gigi flew to anchorage, Alaska and drove to the shippers house to pick up our airedale terrier and transported her to Dallas. She even helped assemble her crate and treated amber like her own beloved pet! Even though her flight got canceled and she had to make other flight arrangements, she did it with a smile and kept us informed on every event. Gigi is like family now and I will use her service anytime I can. Hands down the best transport experience to date!
