I cannot thank Chris and his wife working as a team enough for taking our 4 month old Central Asian Puppy across the country to his new owner, driving from Montana to Ohio. Although only a puppy, he was not the easiest to deal with. He is a true guard dog and even at such a young age he growled at Chris trying to bite him, HOWEVER, we could tell immediately Chris knew how to handle him. He sent us pictures often with daily updates and ironically, his own dog traveling with him was able to calm our puppy down a lot. We had flown all the other puppies prior and never used a ground transportation company before. This was a great experience, we never worried about the trip and would most certainly recommend Chris to deliver anyone's pets via ground transport without any hesitation! Great job done!

Marie was so great with our Max. I feel like she went above and beyond for us. She was great with Max and kept us updated regularly. He had an accident (thunderstorm scared him) right before he got to our new home and she took the bedding to the laundromat and brought it back clean for us. This was a huge help because we had just arrived at our new house and didn’t have a washing machine yet. We also had some things left over that our movers forgot and she offered to bring it for us. Destinee was amazing. First of all her rate was fair and to the point, unlike many of these large transport companies that send auto quotes and charge you for everything. It was so nice to get a sweet note, a fair price, and a trust worthy driver. I hired Destinee to pick up a very important future champion show dog puppy and bring him to me. This dog breed is known for being agressive, shy, and unruly. In a matter of minutes she had him calmed down, tail wagging, and ready to go. I was so shocked. During the trip, some idiot, rear ended Destinee. Most people would have just gone home, not Destinee, she got a hotel room and treated that dog as her own until a new rental car was delivered. The puppy did not even know it was such a scary situation because she was so mindful of him and ensuring he was OK. I will be using Destinee exclusively from now on. I have been breeding and showing dogs for 20 years, and have used tons of transport people and places, and none of them provided the level of communication, trust, and care as Destinee. My dogs are my life, and I truly believe while they are in her care- they are her life too!

I have to admit I was a little nervous entrusting my anxious Shiba Inu to a stranger but I read Deanna’s reviews and made my decision. I could not have asked for a better experience. From the moment we began exchanging messages I felt completely at ease. Deanna asked all the right questions and was extremely attentive to detail, confirming his health records, all the travel details and assuring me every step of the way. She even gave me access to Life 360 so I could track the trip (which I did from the plane - the wonders of technology!) and coordinated seamlessly with everyone involved. My dog sitter called Deanna a “dog whisperer” because of the way she managed to gently convince my highly agitated dog to enter willingly into his travel cage. Thank you Deanna!! You are the best!!

I am very satisfied with the service provided by Bubba's Traveling VIP! 5 star VIP treatment!! Our 2 small dogs were picked up ON TIME, travelled 3,000 miles across country and were delivered ON TIME. I used to drive them across country twice per year (like Aretha Franklin, they do not fly....) but I am getting older and it takes too much out of me to do that drive myself. So I hired Bubba's VIP to pick up my dogs on a specific date and time, so that I could fly from NJ to CA. Upon arrival in San Diego, my dogs were there waiting to be handed off to me.
