I highly recommend Cezary for anyone needing pet transportation! He transported my two large dogs all the way from Nevada to Florida, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Cezary was incredibly communicative, keeping me updated with photos throughout the trip, and he even delivered them a day early. One of my dogs is very timid and usually scared of new people, so I was worried about how she’d handle the journey. To my surprise, she ended up bonding with Cezary, which says a lot about his professionalism and care. Truly a top-notch service!

Anton is the best. His communication, GPS, pictures, and friendly attitude really brought me peace of mind. His tracker showed that he never drove at crazy speeds, made any sudden stops, and all of that so that I know my dog was comfortable and safe for the ride. Additionally, the man is relentless to make sure that you get your pet to your door as soon as possible. I can't recommend him enough and I will be sure to use Anton's services in the future.

This was my first experience and I have to tell you it was fantastic Barry is the most kind and loving human to Hardy! Barry let me know where they were and how my baby was during the whole trip after I met Barry I was at ease. Hardy was unwanted and unloved left on the side of the road had gotten hit by a car he had 2 broken hips I nursed him back to health and now he finally got his forever home with my friend in Maine thanks to Citizen Shipper and the kind gentle Barry. Hardy and Barry are best of friends after the first day and absolutely loved each other way before delivery thank you so much Citizen Shipper and a very special thank you to Barry for taking such good care of Hardy and letting him know that not all humans are bad. It is nearly impossible to know who to trust when transporting your beloved pet. I was sick with worry that using this service and transporting my foster dog to her forever home with a complete stranger was a terrible choice. I worried for no reason. I had limited options and just hoped that RD was a stand up person based on the reviews I read here. See my foster dog was a 100 pound Argentinian Dogo, who in the wrong hands, could have been stolen and facing a grave future. RD showed up on time, he sent pictures of my pup and kept me informed of her progress. It is terrifying to imagine all the things that can go wrong when someone takes your pet for 4 days. She arrived in Colorado on time and in good health. Because of RD I was able to get this beautiful dog out of a terrible shelter and to her forever home with a day notice. Thank you RD for being part of the solution. 10 out of 10.

I worked with Anton in transporting my 8 week old Golden Retriever puppy from Georgia to Pittsburgh. He was precisely on time picking up the puppy, communicated with me before and at the time of pick up, then sent me texts and photos at every stop made. Anton arrived a little before schedule, which we were thrilled about, and our puppy was clean and dry and safe and sound when he arrived. Melisa had great communication with me and my sister while transporting Shiloh, a puppy, from my sister’s home in Arkansas to my home in CA. She was patient in answering our questions and kept in touch with us via text and video during this journey. She took great care of this puppy who arrived safe and sound and with her tail wagging. It was such a nice surprise when Melisa knocked on my door without calling me so that I would be surprised and also sent me a cute video to capture this moment. Nick is the absolute best! If you’re looking for a pet transporter, I 100% recommend Nick 😊He kept in touch during the whole trip and texted me photos/videos. I was also able to track the trip directly from my phone! He also made stops every couple hours to properly feed my dog and allow for potty breaks. It was an absolute pleasure to entrust my baby’s safe travel from New York to Texas. It’s a scary thing trusting a complete stranger to be understanding, kind and loving to something that is your own responsibility but for whatever reason the service is needed. Rick was awesome, start to finish. I've never had to ship a dog before so I was a little worried but Rick provided full tracking of the process through life360. I was able to meet him at the street to receive our new French bulldog. He traveled through wind sleet and rain to make sure the delivery was made on time. Fantastic communication from the moment I booked until the delivery was made. The shipper arrived when they expected aside from a delay in getting a new set of tires on their truck. I thought that was a great touch that they are about proper maintenance and not just about getting from point A to B as quickly as possible.
