Jenn and Chris are AMAZING. They just drove our dogs from New Hampshire to California. They are so professional and they have a state of the art transport van. I was so impressed. Jenn is super detailed and organized so they were very easy to work with. Communication was wonderful--I could follow them on their route through the Find My app, and I received videos of our dogs twice a day, plus texts. I didn't realize that it is illegal to transport a dog for hire unless they are in a crash protected dog crate. It makes sense though because all it takes is the brakes being slammed on just a little bit and an unrestrained dog will be seriously injured or worse. So your dog will be in a crate but will be very safe. The crates are brand new and had extra soft blankets. The van was spotless. Seriously. Cleaner than my house for sure! Our dogs looked so happy in the videos they sent us--lots of wagging tails and kissing/cuddling with Jenn and Chris. One of our dogs is on lots of medicines and that was no problem at all. They will accommodate anything you need. I have already recommended them to some people, and would for sure use them again. Honestly, I rarely take the time to do reviews, but felt I had to here because they did such a fantastic job.

And when I asked her for date confirmation less then a week out she only replied with a attitude and told the puppies buyer theres a blizzard up north so she can't we are in Nebraska and there is no ice no snow here yet this year. Shipping dogs across the country is a stressful time. Luckily the team was very responsive with any questions that I had before. Then I could not have asked for better service for the dogs. I was genuinely concerned about anyone transporting our two dogs. They are not trained and act wild. Stacy was AMAZING with our dogs. She was in frequent contact with us, keeping us updated on her drive from Dallas to Baltimore. She sent picks and reassured us all was well. When she drove off after dropping off the dogs, they were both at the fence, whining as she left. Could not recommend Dog Tracks and Stacy enough! If we are ever in a position to need to transport our dogs again, I will not hesitate to reach out to Stacy!

Tammy provided a safe drive for my dog Ralphie, from NC to Texas. She allowed me to have her location and sent me pictures and updates regularly regarding the drive and how he was doing. He was really scared at first but he warmed up and did well after a few hours. She let him sit in the back seat and out of the crate for parts of the drive so he could be more comfortable, and she was able to get him to his destination really quickly, much quicker than I expected. Her price was affordable and not outrageous like some of the other quotes I was receiving. I would use her again if needed!

Rachel was great… But the actual transport driver was absolutely horrendous… Showed up almost 2 hours late from our agreed time and 6 hours past our agreed drop off time. The breeder where he was picked up, said that he was smoking in the vehicle before he got there, and she was very upset and hesitant on releasing him, but ended up doing it anyways, which was a huge regret for both of us. I had to drive two hours and meet him to safely ensure my puppy would get to me. When I found him, he was on the side of the road stuck in mud… Very bizarre and stressful situation. The driver was lying to me and saying that he ran out of gas multiple times… I did have his GPS and at times found him going in the complete opposite direction two hours out of the way… He even admitted that he was going to see his wife… We

58 pound Black/Blu standard poodle Honestly 5 stars aren’t enough appreciation for Jackie B, I mean where do I even begin. From the moment I first messaged them to the drop off has been absolutely incredible. They are the most pet friendly individuals I’ve ever met. Imperial Performance Inc. were able to fit me on their schedule on short notice as a previous driver ghosted me. I always get so nervous about leaving my dogs to strangers but my dogs immediately took to Alex. Despite the severe weather and delay in drop off, my dogs did not arrive anxious or stressed which was a relieve to me as my two dogs tend to become anxious when traveling. Upon drop off, when Alex was ready to leave one of my dogs became excited and wanted to go back with him until my dog realized he was staying with me. I’m glad my dogs felt comfortable and safe with Alex.
