All I can say is amazing service! Don't think twice, DeAudry was amazing, communicated well, and made sure our kitty arrived happy and content. 10/10

DeAudry was absolutely amazing. She called and introduced herself and answered every question I had. She also communicated with me several times before the date of pick up. She kept me informed the entire way by sending pictures, messages and GPS but to add to all of this. When she made it here i was late getting back because we wanted to surprise the family and I was jumping thru hoops so my kids didn’t find out and had to ru band get stuff go accommodate the puppy at the last minute. As a result, i was 40 minutes outside of town. She waited for me to get here and she wouldn’t take any extra money i offered for waiting. She got out and introduced herself, she was warm and kind and very helpful with a few things i didn’t even think to ask. She played in the front with us for awhile and helped me adjust him which was her going above and beyond and she is passionate to do as person and an Army Veteran. I will use her services again I would recommend her to anyone needing someone depending, honest, in it for the love of animals because she could have overcharged but she didn’t. She was fair. She is a kind and genuine person.

Thank you DeAudrey for delivery of our mini Aussie, Louie. I was hesitant at first due to there only being 1 review which was a 5 star but if there is anyone that is not sure or hesitant as I was with booking rest assure that DeAudrey provided EXCEPTIONAL Service from dispatching to transport. DeAudrey kept me in the loop the whole time and I was able to track where they were in there route to me. HIGHLY Recommended and would definitely would use again. Thank you so much DeAudrey!!!

I was nervous booking this company because they didn’t have any reviews. Booking this company was the best decision I made. What grab my interest to book YouConnectUs is because they are caged-free and offer free month of Prudent Pet Insurance. When I booked DeAudrey contacted me immediately and explained the process. I could tell she love animals as she told me story about her pets. She explained the different type of pet insurance I can get, even told me if I couldn’t pay on due date they work with payment plan while Ruby will still be covered. Signing up for the pet insurance was easy to do. It was joy talking to her and she put me at ease. I meet Devin who is the Pet Care Specialist who will be delivering Ruby to us. He was willing to work around my time schedule to pick up Ruby. He was so friendly and also put me at ease. They stayed in constant communication with me during the whole process and if I had any questions DeAudrey and Devin was there to answer it. I was able to track Devin during the whole transport with live GPS tracking so I knew exactly when they was going arrive. Ruby felt so comfortable and relax with him and during the transport. I can tell they care about each pet they transport and make sure they are safe and comfortable. Devin went beyond what I expected of him. I would definitely use them again, and most likely only company I would use to transport Ruby again. I recommend YouConnectUs to everyone. Prices might be higher then others, but 100% worth every dime.
