These are animal LOVERS, that treat their pets like family—same as I consider my “Sophia”. After talking with Powers Echoing I felt a little better and was more comfortable about it. He was quick to respond and answered all of my question very well. Powers Echoing went out of their way to be able to do pick up around my work schedule. There was an app where I was able to see exactly were they were at all times and he sent pictures to me along to way. That made me feel so much better that I was able to see what was going on. As a first time user of pet transport services I can honestly say this was the best choice. They kept in contact with me the whole trip. They was running late for the pick up and delivery but I was notified as soon as they knew they was running late. I was sent pictures of my cat and he came to me with hardly any stress. Traveling stresses my cat out. And he he totally fine. I would give them 30 stars if I could. They completely made mine and my kids day by being our baby to us. I have purchased several motorcycles from out of state and had several different logistic companies and shippers deliver the bikes to my home residence. I must say that ADL logistics has been the very best of the companies I have used, from the dispatcher, the customer service, and the carrier that was contracted to deliver my bike. Completely professional and totally dedicated to customer service, unlike many other companies. The bike was delivered 560 miles in 4 days after the first available date for pickup. Dispatch kept me updated the entire time. The carrier contracted, Pepe Jeans Trucking, LLC, was outstanding and the driver, Hermes Mastrapa, was very professional, timely and was fully attentive to taking care of my motorcycle during the trip and during the delivery. The bike arrived exactly as it was picked up. This bike is too heavy to push so Hermes drove the bike up my long driveway and parked it in my garage for me. In summary, I could not have asked for a better logistics provider than ADL logistics and a better shipper than Pepe Jeans Trucking, LLC. I highly recommend both and will be reaching out to them again for my next shipping needs.

I want to start by saying how awesome and professional this company is. I cannot express my gratitude to this company. I had a 6 week doberman pincher that I wanted to ship to my from Florida. I had over 39 transporter emailing me, it was overwhelming but for some reason I decided to go with k9, it was to good to be true with his rate. He answered all my questions and I really felt good with all his response. I woke up Tuesday about 3 in morning to take out my puppy to do his potty. K9 called me and told me he can be at my place by 5:15 am. I trusted my extinct and told him yes. I met him at that exact time, he took my puppy and her bag with her stuff. His truck was very spacious and clean. He already had a cage. He put her in with such gentleness. We spoke for a min. And he told me I would see his location through Waze. I really felt at peace , he had honest pleasant spirit. I went home and k9 continue to message letting me know my pup was good as well when he stopped to attend to her. Honestly k9 made it the next day at Exactly the time he did to my to my brother house. My brother received the puppy he stated that k9 brought her inside. WOW this is the best service I've had in 20 yrs seriously, all jokes aside. I don't have a reason to lie, first time I used this company and Will again in the future. Jon was great at communicating with us throughout the trip and GPS tracking was also provided.
