Couldn’t have asked for better service from MPTransport! On my doggies cross country trip, Rick updated me via text, all along the way! From pick up to drop off he let me know how the trip was going. On pick up, they tucked my doggies into clean and padded crates for their long trip. He took their bowls, and leashes, and harnesses, and a huge bag of dog food and the big dog food bin! When she arrived, on time, she was very friendly and extremely personable. I was nervous before her arrival but felt extremely comfortable leaving my pet in her care once we met. Will transported my 11 week old German Rottweiler from Moreno Valley CA to Hayward CA. He is such an amazing and generous person! The puppy clearly liked him a lot and they had just met! He updated me with pictures 24/7 the entire trip, made sure to stop frequently so the puppy cant stretch and go potty. He updated me with details the entire trip. Overall a really genuine person! A warning to all.. I went with the cheapest option and I got exactly what I paid for. Choose wisely for your beloved pet. The staff of Scouts were nice enough, however I don't feel I received the service I had agreed upon. I arranged for weekend transport of my dog, for the convenience of myself and the person I was picking up from. My dog was picked up almost 24 hours past the original time. I was not ever provided an estimate as far as how long it would take them to arrive. The drop off location was about 14 hours from the pickup, however due to other drop offs on route and weather over 34 hours later. So she was stuck in a vehicle that whole time. I was promised consistent communication and photos, but there was definitely a lack of updates. I found myself having to ask for an estimated arrival time four times. The owner directed me to notify her if the drivers were not being communicative enough, unfortunately I called and texted her directly and did not receive a quick response on the issue.

Literally don’t know what I would do without Anton! My newly adopted pup got denied at the gate, and I had to scramble to figure out how to get him home. Anton was incredibly accommodating, moving things around to be able to pick up him a day early. He sent pictures along the way, and I loved being able to track where my pup was. I reached out to Thomas the middle of the morning distraught, within a few texted words I called him, instantly I was taken by his joyful sprit, it was music to my ears. I booked him immediately during our brief rapport . Thomas showed up,kept me posted on how my multipoo was doing and really displayed unconditional love.
