Jeffrey is very punctual and such a nice man. He was very communicative, and was prompt and delivered our puppy safely, sharing his location the whole time so I could see where he was during the trip. I would refer him to anyone who would need to transport their animal.

They’re cheap for a reason! The manager and communication from this company is horrible. I went back and forth with the manager because she reached out to ask me if there was an issue. After explaining every single communication issue I had and receiving the managers very condescending responses, I came to the understanding of how low this company’s standards are for customer service. I hope other customers never have to experience the way I was treated and, I absolutely would not trust them with your pets. Instead of acknowledging the communication discrepancies, I was patronized as if I made up all the communication complaints. The manager is delusional thinking they have excellent communication throughout this process and she is very unprofessional. She thinks if she says they communicate, that it’s true. Essentially, she’s more focused on trying to be “right” rather than being accountable and improving their communication practices. Going back to my first messages before I booked, I stated that it should only be a 6 hour drive and I confirmed that it’s same day delivery and I also ask for an estimated delivery AND pick up time. I never got a delivery estimate. They never communicated that it was not going to be a 6 hour drive and was instead going to be a 14 hour drive due to other pick ups. (It was actually a 20 hour drive by the time she was delivered). They did not ever communicate that a same day delivery can actually mean a window of 12-24 hours. And they most certainly never offered an option for a solo trip so that it would only take the estimated 6 hours I had confirmed originally. Instead, I was told all of this information after I complained about the lack of transparency, 6 hours after my puppy was picked up. So many missed opportunities for them to communicate the expectations. The only thing communicated was a 4 hour window for a pick up time and I had to ask twice because I did not receive a response for several hours the night before puppy was to be picked up. Not to mention she wasn’t even picked up in that 4 hour window. It was ME having to reach out to them and the driver in order to get necessary information. While so rudely responding to me, the manger kept referring to their very vague contract to make sure she was speaking within the parameters of the contract. If a manger needs to look at a contract to determine if they’re in the parameters for acceptable communication and customer service, then they probably are not. And lastly, I was given an excuse that they would rather get the animals delivered safely than communicate updates. Apparently, they can’t do both. However, as a reminder, it does state on their proposal for the bid.: **Updates:** We will keep you updated on the estimated time of arrival (ETA) for your pet's drop-off throughout the day, as well as providing status updates. So it seems that they were in breech of their own contract but I wasn’t gonna bring that up until their unprofessionalism showed no bounds. If you’re unable to communicate an update on someone’s “precious cargo” once every 12 hours because you’re too busy “doing other things,” the manger nor the driver probably shouldn’t be in the business of taking care of people’s animals.

All Paws did a wonderful job of driving our two doodles from Pennsylvania to Wyoming. They encountered closed winter roads and icy conditions, and took care to stop extra nights to ensure safety and delivery. All Paws stayed in touch daily, sending photos and updates of trip progress. I was grateful for the service and will use again. 🐶🐶

Thanks to Saed I was able to get my Judas back to New York faster then I expected. We stayed connected within my search for a transported compared to the others which is why I felt comfortable enough to accept his company to do the job. When I accepted his bid he called me to explain the process so there was no major surprises at the end of the trip!. He was assuring and that made me even more happy to go along with his services. He told me he would pick up My Judas from Michigan on Thursday and would have him to me by Friday And that's exactly what happened. To be honest with this type of service I wish I was able to pay him more then the bid. My Judas is home with his sisters and he his happy! Anton was great from start to end. My family and I moved from Nevada to Washington and we were stressing about how to get our dogs there safely. We have a 70lb Pitbull (2yrs old), 45lb Aussie Mix (2yrs old), and 15lb Boston Terrier (10yrs old). My 4yr old son is very attached to our dogs. They go everywhere possible with us so my son had a hard time understanding that we would see our girls again. He was very upset and nervous but Anton assured all of us that they would be in good hands and we would see them shortly. During the transport, he updated me several times a day on where he was at, what his plan was and how the puppies were doing. Highly Recommend Jazzy's Pet Care I was stranded In Chicago working with a company that went out of business and couldn't figure out how to transport my son Kobe a 60lb APBT Back home as he was the main reason I was stranded as he was to big for a plane, train or bus. I found citizens shipper and at first their were a bunch of other people who were bidding to bring my son home but I was on a tight budget and some of those people had unrealistic prices just to bring Kobe home, Jazzy's Pet Care reached and I was able to negotiate a reasonable fee to transfer Kobe home, they updated me daily and sent videos of Kobe playing with the other dogs. She gave me a time frame when my dog was going to arrived and she arrived on time, I couldn't be more happy with service and highly recommend Jazzy's pet care if you need your furry child transported to a location.

It’s a little uncomfortable to think your pet will be in the hands of strangers in a drive across America and I was a bit worried at first but as time went on and I was able to message with critter caboodle along the way I felt a little better. The dogs are great and they were even a bit confused about being left behind when they left as they don’t know me yet. The dogs were my brothers and he was killed in a car accident last week in Wisconsin. Trying to figure out how to get them to me was a task.
