When my connection to her got trapped in Iowa by a snow storm, Becky renegotiated with me quickly and drove all the way to Indiana to pick up my English Cocker. she was able to bring him through all types of weather and deliver him to me when we had originally scheduled. state by state was chosen by me because they were one of the first to respond and gave an explanation of how things worked. I was receiving 30 or40 quotes a day from citizen shipper which i wish was easy to stop. state by state was easy to communicate with and answered by questions quickly ie within 5 to 10 minutes. I agreed to their price that was not the cheapest but was reasonable in the middle of the road of other quotes. when i finally agreed , there were some bugs on my end like paying for the vehicle. i communicated with state by state because they could have picked up the vehicle the day i put down my initial deposit. They were quite responsive and helped me connect with the diver of the rig. it was nice to talk to a person but also was quick to respond to texts. due to weather conditions. a blizzard my delivery was delayed by one day and this too was comminicated with me when talking to the driver. delivery was quick , easy and uneventful. Honestly , i think the process of having my car delivered actually saved me money .

Even though he was transporting another pet to another state, he got here so quickly. I expected their trip to be longer because it is a long drive plus there was another stop but he got here exactly when he said he was going to arrive. We used an air tag but he also gave us a link to track their entire trip. It was nice to keep tabs on my pet and he would update whenever he got the chance. I appreciated how he took the time to read my post and kept the message short and simple compared to most of the people who have messaged me about making the trip. I was overwhelmed with everyone else’s asking price to transport my pet plus double to triple messages from the same person if I had mad up my mind yet that I was starting to get discouraged if there was even going to be a cost effective way to bring my pet home to me. It wasn’t until V.I Pet transport made an offer I couldn’t refuse and bonus points for not being rude to me for just asking questions the way others were. Helene was wonderful! She had very affordable rates, was really flexible, easy to book and to get in touch with! We agreed on a time that worked for both of us and the breeder. I had heard that some transporters were going to take days if not a whole week. Helene said she would be going straight from pickup to drop-off. She had everything ready for my cat to pick him up, and was in constant contact and sent pictures. She even gave us treats at the end :). My cat rode on her shoulder for a part of the trip and seemed to really like her. She’s also a cat and dog mom and does a lot of transport to get dogs out of shelters and just an all around good person. I’ve used citizenshipper for almost 4 years, this was the worse experience. I was worried for the pups, they were starving, all bones, very thirsty, stink like urine, I know they were 9 weeks and as much days and stops you took they shouldn’t be smelling like piss. One of the pups was low on sugar, he had hypoglycemia which it was due to starvation per vet and the little boy had a seizure!!! I don’t care if I paid $1, $200 or 1000 or 2000 for transportation they shouldn’t be treated the way you guys did to those poor pups. You charged me $500, you honestly didn’t have to do this trip. I trusted you and booker you!! I even called try to understand and you just defended your self not even an apology or worried about the pups. IF YOU WANT YOUR PUPS NEGLECTED THEN HIRE 2 CHICKS IN A VAN… IVE USED CITIZENSHIPPER AND NEVER RAN THRU AN ISSUE. YOU NEED TO JUST DONT NEED TO OPERATE THIS BUSINESS ANYMORE!!!

This gentleman made everything comfortable and easy. We had our 90 lb pitmix, and a 65lb huskey brought to us in florida from NE Ohio. This was a first class experience all around! We had purchased a 5-month-old puppy from Tennessee, and needed her to be safely delivered to our home in Virginia. Tammi exhibited confidence and experience with this process, and we never had concerns about the dog's safety or her professionalism. She was highly communicative throughout the process, and gave us regular updates via text (including photos), which was a nice touch. Also clear that this is a labor of love from Tammi, not just a business. When the puppy finally arrived, the puppy was visibly sad to see Tammi go (which is a good sign she got lots of love along the trip). Thankfully, our puppy was fully acclimated to her new surroundings a few hours later, and we did not have to endure such a long car drive ourselves. Horrific. Can I give a ZERO? Picked up pups in Iva SC. Second set in manning SC. REQUESTED TO BE PAID IN FULL because they were out of $. Red flag. They already had my puppies. Communication inconsistent. I had to reach out and ask for updates. They estimated 4 days total.... Called me on Saturday to let me know they were in Columbia Missouri (986 miles in 5 days). They said Bryan was assaulted, in the hospital, and their van broke down and needed a new water pump on Mon...shenanigan after shenanigan... I finally contacted Thayer transportation and Ed rescued my puppies from Cheri and Bryan in Missouri and delivered my pups without a hitch. Night and day difference. I requested a refund, to which, Bryan did not respond until today.... Bryan: Well I was calling to tell you that I still have your paperwork for your puppies but since you don't have the common courtesy to call back or text back I'm not giving them to you now you can go f*** yourself Me:Oh dear. I am just seeing these... Puppies are doing great, and you can mail the paperwork...that would be great. And I requested a refund for services not provided. And no response from you. I have been kind, courteous, fair and professional. I am not sure why you are being nasty. Bryan: Well first of all this is Brian second of all you requested a refund I drove your dogs over half of the way so what do you really think you're going to get a refund for I provided my services I didn't cancel you decided to cancel and get add the savior which was drunk when he got to my motel room thank you very much This isn't her business this is my business I just let her talk to the customers because I have a foul mouth because I'm a Yankee from Michigan I grew up and raised in Detroit by the way so you're not getting a refund go f*** yourself Me:We will see about that. She obviously has a passion for animals and knows how to put owners at ease because she is an experienced owner herself. My dog arrived not only safe and sound but extremely happy, even somewhat reluctant to part ways with his travel companions.
