Altogether I’m just grateful I was able to be reunited with my dog after months of being apart. His prices were very good but I do not like being told one price and then for it to be another. When I booked him we booked for $580 which was great compared to some of the other bids I received. However, we agreed on half once my dog was picked up and other half after. Once my dog was picked up I Zelled him $300 and I knew I owned him $280. He told me during one of our phone calls that the customers were liable for toll totals but it would be split between all the customers who went during one trip. When he dropped off my dog (at 4 am by the way and he was also picked up at 3 am), he told me I owned him $350. I told him that must be a mistake because I had already paid $300 so I owned him $280 plus whatever the tolls from Florida to Texas added to. He tried to lie straight to my face and tell me split between two people (which I know he transported more than two dogs) that I was liable for $70 worth of tolls. I told I’ve drove from FL to TX multiple times and I’ve never paid $70 worth of tolls BY MYSELF, let alone split by several people. It’s okay though I still paid because I was eager to get inside and be with my dog. So if you’re looking for a set price and to not spend more than what you agreed on, this is not the bid for you!

The bid was very specific regarding dates as we were moving across the country at the same time. After the bid was accepted they tried to change the pickup/drop off date. When it became apparent we would arrive a few hours after they intended to arrive with the dogs they ultimately dropped off the dogs without anyone to receive them and left them unattended in the house. The dogs did arrive safely but a definite disconnect and little flexibility on scheduling and delivery.

I couldn’t have asked for a better person to transport my fur baby! He was one of the first people who reached out to me. He let me know about the process up front and everything he said in his initial message happened. I was skeptical at first not because of him but because I’ve never used a site like this before but he has excellent reviews so I trusted my gut. I had to leave Texas a little over a year ago and sadly leave our family dog behind. Since leaving Texas I was able to buy our forever home, but she was always the missing piece. A week ago my dog got out from where she was staying and was almost hit by a car and was at the shelter in SA. I only had so many days to get her out before they adopted her out. He was able to get there on such a short notice and even waited while there was a mix up at the shelter and was patient with me the entire time. From the moment he had her in his car all of the anxiety I had leading up to the transport went away. I could tell she felt safe with him and it was obvious he truly was passionate about the animals he transports. Just like he said every few hours I got a gps update, photos and updates on how she was doing. He let me know about any traffic and weather and when she wasn’t eating dry food he even stopped to get her some wet food! I truly can’t thank him enough for bringing her to her forever home and reuniting her with my boys who thought when we left Texas we would never see her again. I would without a doubt use him again in the future if I ever needed someone to transport an animal and would recommend him to anyone. He truly was a blessing to me and my children and our fur baby!

They were very understanding and patient starting with the initial pick up process in Miami between Amerijet and the broker, which I thoroughly appreciated. On top of that, when I missed my connecting flight, they were both equally understanding and accommodating, even despite it being right around Christmas. My dog is still a rather rambunctious puppy, and Vicky was unphased and did an excellent job with her. We cannot express how grateful we are to Sara and her Sister for the amazing job they did! I was very worried about sending my Dogo Argentino across country but after the first conversation I had with her she put me at ease. Sara has the biggest heart and truly loves animals. All we can hope for is to have our fur babies loved and protected. It can be scary for a animal to be in a car for an extended period of time, especially with a stranger. When my pup joyfully jumped in the van to go with her I knew I had picked the right person. Sara has a large van that accommodated my 100 pound pup with lot's of room to stretch out. She even stopped to purchase him a larger crate along the way when she noticed he was nervous from the street lights at night. They found special stops along the way to make sure he was able to get out and have some fun as well. Lot's of communication with pictures and videos. I would recommend Sara and her Sister to anyone! Sara was the first one to respond to my request and continued to be an amazing communicator throughout the process. I cannot thank you enough Sara!
