Deb was AMAZING and I recommend her VERY HIGHLY. She went above and beyond at every stage of this experience. I had her pick up a rescue from one party and drop the dog off with another party; Deb was kind enough to take over coordinating with both parties. She was incredibly patient, even when the other parties ran hours behind schedule. She took wonderful care of the dog; she sent me photos of her, and she was cozy in a nest of blankets and toys in the back seat, and buckled in. She even kept in touch with me afterwards to give me updates on the dog (the adopter won't respond to me, but communicates with Deb haha). Deb's $ rates were also better than anyone else's. (1) HIRE DEB, and (2) leave her a good tip!!!!!!!!!!

My pet Gus travelled with pet trek this past week. Be aware the description of the person that claimed to be taking care of my dog did not show up. This man claimed to be Kaylie’s Fiancé. I reluctantly sent my dog with him and later find out there is another man traveling with whom I have no idea who is. The uncertainty of the situation was quite unnerving. I wish the description described who was actually taking care of my dog. I’d also like to point out that my dog did make it safely and he was definitely taken care of.

Wow!!! Nitro Pet express went above and beyond to get us our sweet girl back. In 2018, we rehomed our australian cattle dog to a good home in the Marysville area. We vetted who we rehomed her to and felt confident she would be well cared for. Fast forward 5 years later and we were notified by Everett Animal Shelter that she was picked up as a stray. We couldn’t get in contact with the other family, but none of that mattered because we knew we wanted her back. We filled out the adoption papers and Nitro Pet Express drove to the shelter from Portland to pick her up. Not only did Cody pick her up at the shelter, he followed all medical care instructions, and delivered her safely to us in Colorado Springs. His van was very spacious and she had a large kennel for her trip. There was constant communication throughout their travels. I would feel 100% comfortable shipping with Nitro Express any day of the week. Thank you for safely getting our girl back to us!

Overall the experience was good. They communicated somewhat effciently. We weren't notified that they would spend a day not traveling. When I contacted them after the transport reguarding Charlie's health they did not respond. We ended up in the vet 2 days later because Charlie was dehydrated. I do not think that they offered water as often as what they said they would. I'm not sure about breaks either while they were traveling. We only recieved photos and location updates when we asked for them. The day Charlie arrived we recieved no photos/videos. I think what they are doing is great but I think there could be more communication.

I am so grateful to Rulana and Juan for getting my 15lb black cat to New York safely! The last trip my cat took, the carrier came up to pick him up. I forgot to ask and didn’t have a carrier ready since Rulana’s is secured to the car, so we ended up having to carry him to and from the car. Not a big deal I just should have asked. They were not only able to drive straight through with no stops (less time traveling for my nervous cat), they had a previous trip finish early and were able to bring him a day early! They made great time and updated us along the way and even provided live gps tracking. They are pros and definitely worth it. Definitely recommend.

HEATHER STOLE $1,000 FROM US This is our third attempt at leaving a truthful review. It seems Citizen Shipper allows Heather to delete many of her negative reviews. In fact, I have screenshots of negative reviews that are no longer on her profile. We are truly disappointed with how Citizen Shipper has handled this but…. let’s start at the beginning. February 2023: We were excited to book with Heather. She was communicative, friendly, and had lots of good reviews. Once the details of our trip were settled we had our first problem; she told us we’d have to pay everything in advance. We pushed back, offered to pay half in advance, she refused. Since she had only good reviews, and we were under a time crunch, we reluctantly agreed and sent the entire amount in Zelle. On the day of pickup she went suddenly silent. We messaged, called, and texted but got no reply. A few days later we saw new negative reviews on her account and a response from her son; she’d been in a bad accident and was in the hospital. We felt empathetic, made other last minute plans for our puppy, and waited for word from her. June 2023: Three months went by and we heard nothing. We messaged her several times, said we hoped she was feeling better, and asked her to refund us when possible. Still we heard nothing. Finally we left a negative review. So far our only complaint was that she had insisted on being payed in advanced, not provided the service, and not refunded us. Suddenly we heard back from her. She said she intended to refund us, but had spent our money and would need to work before she could pay us back. She complained about the review, said it would keep her from finding new jobs to pay us back. We tried to be empathetic but firm; she shouldn’t have taken our money, shouldn’t have spent money she didn’t earn, and needed to pay us back as she could. Suddenly, all of Heather’s negative reviews disappeared, including ours. Citizen shipper didn’t notify us of this, much less ask our permission to delete our truthful and fair review. Also, Heather kept promising to pay us back by particular dates, then failing to do so. We were starting to lose faith in her. November 2023: It’s been 8 months and Heather hasn’t refunded us a penny. She has stolen $1,000 from our family, tried to guilt us with sob stories that we no longer believe, and it seems she’s also guilted Citizen Shipper into removing lots of her negative reviews. At this point we have to hold Citizen Shipper responsible too. From other reviews (some already deleted) it’s clear this is not the first or last time she’s done this. If we had seen a truthful history of her reviews, we would never have trusted her with our money or our dog.

Incredible doesn’t begin to describe our experience with Paws & All pet taxi. We had a last minute rescue situation pop up, and Marcie was beyond flexible with us to ensure we had someone ready to pick up our new baby. She drove out of her way to make it work out, and was communicative and kind. Her updates and videos during the trip were so reassuring, and our puppy was delivered in record time while being healthy and happy. She had even washed his blankey that he had pooped on during the ride! It’s not an understatement to say that we couldn’t have had a better experience, and are so grateful for her willingness to work with us to bring our puppy home. I would recommend her to anyone and would use her again in an instant. Her evident love of animals makes her a great pet transporter, but her communication and flexibility on top of that made this the best situation we could have asked for. Thank you!

Monique was incredible! She kept in touch leading up to the transport day, sent updates and photos along the way and took amazing care of our new Italian greyhound puppy Casper! I can't recommend her highly enough. She's so sweet and you can see how much she loves pets. She was very conscious of Casper's safety too. She let me know the breeder didn't send a harness with him so she didn't want to risk stopping to take him out for breaks...he was born deaf so she knew that it wasn't worth risking his safety taking him out on just a small lead. I absolutely agreed with her and they both got here safe and secure after a very long drive. Casper got here happy and rested and I will forever be grateful for Monique's help. Some other transport people have multiple drivers over a trip... That concerned me because of Casper's deafness and him being a puppy leaving his mom and siblings for the first time. It made me rest easy knowing he was only with one person for the trip. All our appreciation to Monique for making this crazy long drive from South Carolina all the way up to the Poconos in Pennsylvania. You can trust that she'll take care of your pets as if they're her own. Thank you thank you thank you Monique!
