“The transporter” was very outgoing & friendly! I think that’s why our dog seemed to go with him with no hesitation. We chose him because he drives the West Coast frequently and knew his way around very well! I think if we could change anything, we would have liked more updates. Most of the time we only knew where they were because we put an AirTag on our dogs collar. We got 2 updates & 2 pictures for a 3 day trip. I worried a bit not seeing how our girl was doing because she’s never been away from us before. His car is pretty packed as well, so if you have animals that require a crate or lots of space, I recommend you check with him first. If we didn’t provide a bed, I don’t think our Rottweiler would have been very comfortable. Overall we would recommend the Transporter, and would use his services again if needed :)

Complete Scam. I would not give them one (1) star but you forced me to give at least one. Paid a deposit with K-Jay Towing / Flint Hills Hotshot. They never showed up to move my boat. I paid extended fees as I received excuse after excuse of why they could not be there on time. I was forced to obtain another shipper and K-Jay Towing will not return any funds after ZERO work done.

The careful mover exceeded our expectations in every way! My family was moving from San Francisco to Dallas, and we have a 16 month old baby, so driving was not an option. We needed to transport our car, but also our 50lb dog and 20lb cat. We were going to ship the car and animals separate, but the careful mover was able to drive our car with the animals (significantly lowering the cost for us). The careful mover drove our car and dog and cat from San Francisco to Dallas in a day! I was amazed how quickly he got there. The careful mover was also very responsive and flexible. He sent us updates and pictures during the trip. Also, after I had already booked and confirmed a date with him, we had to change dates due to unfortunate circumstances. The careful mover was very flexible and accommodating. I will not hesitate to use him again for another move!
