Courtney and her driving partner brought my three cats from Indiana to Florida in less than 24 hours! Their van was definitely made for transporting animals! if i could give Hayley a 10, I would. Kept me up to date on her trip across country and sent pictures of them along the way. my pup seemed very happy and was really warmed up to her by the drop off (she is typically very standoffish with people and yet she was so very happy around Hayley), was very accomodating as well with drop off as I had a test that day that I could not budge on time very much and she was willing to make it work. awesome work. very happy with the service all around.

We're Haulin did a really superb job in transporting my dog from West Bloomfield Michigan to Prescott, AZ, my dog was not well trained and insecure to strangers, I was nervous if this transportation will end well. To much of my surprise, my dog get along with the team really well, I received a lot of good pics along the way. Jeffery has dog training expertise, that really explain why. Do yourselves a favor, stay FAR AWAY from this "transporter." We paid his price promptly and he claimed he didn't receive it in hopes of getting duplicate $$. He called the police, making himself appear to be a nuttcase after we showed the police a copy of the money we paid. He was an hr late picking up our dog, our receiver waited 7 hrs on him to arrive, then Wael ended up at the Wrong address, so our receiver had to drive another 2 hrs to meet him only for Wael to threaten him before he left. We are mentally and physically exhausted after this experience and God only knows what happened during this chaotic trip he took our dog on to be delivered to an amazing home as a service dog after we pulled the cute bully from deathrow and rehabilitated this sweet dog.

Setting up transport was quick and easy. They answered the phone immediately to schedule my date and transport time. I received updates during the cats trip, and a photo of the cat and adopter- as requested, when they dropped him off. They were flexible on payment, and when they were received it. The communication wasn’t great and the punctuality was quite awful. They were delayed for pick up by a week and rather late for drop off. They got my dog from point A to point B safely. If that’s all you’re interested in, they’re a good choice. If you have the means to also be interested in communication and punctuality, wouldn’t be my first option.
