Darius was awesome! My situation was rather complicated & stressful & Darius stepped up & handled everything from the moment I connected with him. He answered all of my questions, met with my dog's trainers & adjusted his schedule to fit everything in. He was very gentle with my dog who is a rescue & has behavioral issues. I was able to follow their progress from CA to WI & Darius kept me updated throughout. My dog, Bagel, arrived on time & in excellent condition. He was well-hydrated, energetic & very comfortable with Darius. Given that one of his behavioral issues has to do with his fear of strangers his ease around Darius speaks volumes about Darius's ability with animals. I definitely would have him transport another animal for me & recommend him highly.

Unfortunetly very disappointed with driver. Plus side is he got my dog to me in one piece and alive but the inside of my dogs kennel was covered in poo and so was my pup upon delivery. When I asked how it went with my dog, he said it was fine but didn’t warn me about the poo. Along the trip, I did not get any updates or pics; if I did get any updates, it was because I was the one asking how things were going. No apology from driver or Citizenshipper for the condition of how my pup was returned to me. Not to mention, my pup had very bad skin irritation on his testicles, I’m guessing from sitting in the poop for some time, and his skin was extremely red, irritated and sore. Do not recommend this driver or Citizenshipper.

She lost my dog and left him abandoned at a gas station in Arkansas in nowhere, I can't find my dog and it's all her fault, I don't wish that on anyone, she should lose her license to transport dogs and she will also have legal problems for my damage caused psychologically, she did not stay with the dog to wait for me to look for him, she left and abandoned him, she is a rubbish person

My dog has anxiety, but no one had more anxiety about a 1,500-mile transport than I did. And then I spoke to Rachel. I was comfortable from the jump and rightfully so. She's as friendly as she is professional and punctual. She kept me posted regularly with texts, pictures, and videos. And, despite conditions out of her control she delivered my pup on time when she said she would. Anyone who needs their pet transported shouldn't hesitate for a second. It's a shame that there is a maximum option of five stars. If I could use my own number, I don't think there are enough stars in the galaxy to be appropriate to rate the service we received from Wiggle Butts. There were definitely a few hiccups at the beginning - all of which were my fault, as I didn't really understand the process. It didn't help that I was the middle person between the person shipping the puppy and the family receiving the puppy. In spite of how confused I got, the driver was beyond understanding, kind and compassionate. The puppy was traveling to his new home so he could be trained as a service dog. Wiggle Butts maintained communication for several days before she picked up the puppy, while she was on the road, and even after she dropped the puppy off. Both the person who handed Wiggle Butts the puppy and the person who received the puppy at the other end said that the driver was amazingly kind. I cannot recommend Wiggle Butts enough and will be sure to recommend them to everyone who is thinking about shipping a pet. THANK YOU!!!!!!!

Thomas was exceptional! As soon as I put out the ad he was one of the first to respond and was so quick with response time. Very easy to book with. He Transported my grandmothers cat from Detroit to Richmond and did it in less than a day with little notice. He was amazing with updates and even gave live location updates and took great care of the kitty. Its hard to find someone you trust to take care of/transport your pets but Thomas is one of the people you can count on- he did a great service to my family.

I just can't say enough about how wonderful this driver was with our cat. She provided plenty of pictures during the trip and even bought some appropriate cat food for travel. Our cat rode in a spacious kennel with food, water, kitty litter and a cozy bed. Our Pet Nanny provided pictures during each pit stop and let us know exactly where they were at and where they would spend the night. I got more pictures during breakfast and prep to hit the road again. I really appreciate the hands on, loving treatment our cat got during this travel. He was delivered, happy and unstressed. We booked everything and I sent her my location. She the tells me that her phone broke and she was unable to read my location, and that she reached out to me but I missed all of her communication and she missed mine. When we spoke she told me that she would be able to pick up my dog on Monday, and now states that because it’s the holiday week she’s booked and can no longer get my pup. When I asked for proof of the messages it was clear she sent them to a number that did not belong to me as all of our other communication, including the communication we were having was outside of that text chain. She required and 50% deposit to book which is “non-refundable” due to her phone not working. At this point I feel like I dodged a bullet. I wouldn’t want my pet with this woman!!!

For the over 50 years that my wife and I have owned dogs and cats, not once have we had to arrange for transportation as we'd generally drive to the point of adoption. But as our little guy, Rufus, was coming from Oklahoma, we were in a quandary as to how best to get him to NH. A Google search introduced us to CitizenShipper that provided a number of quotes and options from different transport companies. We nearly booked ground transport until we received a quote from Rox, who provided same day in-flight and in-cabin service with what would be Rufus' own personal nanny. Given that this would reduce Rufus' time in transit and be escorted and cared for by his own personal escort, we opted for this option. The price was right and the 5 star reviews convinced us. Rufus had Rox's wife Becky as his escort and we couldn't say enough about the care she provided while they were in transit. Rox remained involved throughout the trip as airline schedules needed to be adjusted in transit. The communications kept us involved and the photos we were sent throughout the day convinced us we had made the right decision. Rufus is now at his forever home and we(and he) couldn't be happier. Thanks, Rox and Becky, for the care you provided through the trip. I think we could say that you both, and your service, exceeded our expectations.

I wasn't there for the delivery but my friend was who mentioned while they were outside they did the picture to show the delivery was complete. I didn't really like that the cat was taken out of her carrier outside but luckily nothing happened and she was delivered safely.

Working with Barbara was absolutely wonderful. One of her partner drivers, Adra, actually picked up and drove my pup. They stayed in touch every day, followed all of my special directions for my dog, and sent me regular pictures and videos. I was given access to the Life360 app for tracking the journey which really helped put my mind at ease. They were super responsive and super kind. I would recommend them without hesitation and would definitely use their delivery service again! Highly recommended.
