Tea Tea Transportation

I honestly cannot say enough great things about Tea Tea Transportation! From beginning to end, my experience with them was absolutely phenomenal! This was my very first time using a service like CitizenShipper, so naturally, I was extremely nervous and skeptical about trusting someone to transport my beloved French Bulldog, Meatball, all the way from Arizona to Connecticut to be with my grandmother. That’s a LONG journey, and I wanted to make sure he was in the best hands possible. Let me just say, Tea Tea Transportation exceeded every single expectation I had! Their communication was OUTSTANDING! They consistently kept me updated throughout the entire trip with text messages, pictures, and timely responses. I never had to wonder where Meatball was or how he was doing because they made sure I stayed informed every step of the way. That level of communication and reassurance meant more to me than they probably realize, especially being a first-time customer. What really stood out to me was how professional, reliable, and genuinely considerate they were. They turned what started as a stressful and nerve-racking experience into one where I could actually relax and feel confident that Meatball was being taken care of. And let’s talk about the PRICE! For the distance traveled, the quality of service, and the peace of mind they provided, their pricing is honestly UNBEATABLE! You would be hard-pressed to find this level of service and dedication at such an affordable rate. To Tea Tea Transportation: THANK YOU SO MUCH! Thank you for your patience, your professionalism, your amazing communication, and most importantly, for getting Meatball safely to his destination. You made a nervous first-time customer feel completely comfortable, and that is something I will never forget. If you’re reading this review and you’re hesitant about booking pet transportation, especially over a long distance, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND BOOK WITH TEA TEA TRANSPORTATION! I would absolutely trust them again without hesitation. You have earned every single one of these five stars and then some! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🐾❤️

They got Butter to her destination safely and quickly! Thank you so much!

The man showed up on time, was super friendly and brought a pup cup along. They got to the place right on time and even sent videos of her along the way and an update at drop off. Also the price was soo affordable. All and all great experience!

Absolute lifesaver! Incredible job, very thorough & communicative throughout the entire process!
