Bill drove my our new kitten from NH to MD recently. I am totally satisfied from the initial contact/estimate up to and including the actual delivery. His fee was very reasonable, and I was impressed with his quick responsiveness to my initial inquiry, which included his availability and the fact that he typically transports animal(s) of one customer at a time. On the day of the transport, he kept me informed every step along the way, such as pick up time, travel progress along the route, traffic delays, how the kitten was faring, pictures of the kitten at rest stops, etc. Bill delivered the kitten with a great big smile which told me that he was excited to unite us with our new kitten, and loved his job. Bill will be my first choice in the future, if I need an another animal transport. Mila (our pup) had a great experience, I was very nervous to send her because she was not comfortable getting in the car but by the time she got to the destination she didn’t want to leave her drivers side. I loved that they used an app so we could track her progress on the trip and they were communicative with myself and my mom who was on the receiving end. Overall we had a great experience and would consider using again if need be!

I'm sorry this is so delayed. Tammy picked up our FOUR pets from two separate neighbors houses as she made the trip faster than we did. She sent amazing pictures of their journey and kept me updated of how everyone was doing. She arrived in the chaos of moving truck and was so sweet and welcomed us with Washington cherries and apples and our fur babies. And gave us all kinds of ideas of things to do in our new state. It was an extremely nerve wracking process to choose someone you've never met to transport half of your family during a pretty abrupt cross country move but Tammy was so helpful. Grateful for a woman owned / veteran owned company and to support someone as great as Tammy is. I'm not sure I ever want to move again but if we do, Tammy will help.

Lorraine was amazing!! She brought two feral kittens my sister had found from North Carolina up to Boston. They were 1.3 & 1.7 lbs, tiny. I needed someone to take my Cat from Pittsburgh to Ohio and Nicole Delivered LITERALLY. 😅 My cat is my son and very sweet but timid and she had the car all ready for him to be comfortable. I had a soft carrier because I would have him in my lap as I drove. She was so nice and supplied a hard carrier for the trip. Planning the trip and execution was easy and for as stressed as I was she made me feel calm and confident in her abilities. Her communication is excellent. Her promptness is excellent. Before I accepted the bid, I asked Darryl when he would be able to pick up our dog and stated that he would be able to pick up the next day. There was no rush, but we said great, paid the booking fee and gave him the information of the person to contact for pickup arrangements. Within an hour, the next day turned into 8/9 nine days later. When I asked what caused the change his responses was "I’m sorry if this isn’t going to work. I understand these situations are not easy. If you need to cancel I understand. You can mark the delivery as urgent that might get it done sooner." To which I informed that it was urgent and that he had mentioned before I accepted the bid, pick up for the following day and that was ideal and then asked what works best. He said he could pick up on Tuesday morning 8am. June 24. Deliver Wednesday June 25 between 9-10pm. Or. Pick up on June 25 delivery on June 26 between 9-10pm. We agreed on the June 25th pick up. 4 days before pick up I get a text at 11:33 pm,mountain time, that says "Due to unforeseen circumstances I am unable to do this transport. I’m sorry." Now I'm not sure what to do. We know how bids work. The price is going to sky rocket. Very disappointing

I do not remember the last time I left a rating for someone, but my experience with this company is noteworthy. My son left home last week to start a job in Central Florida, without an apartment, furniture, anything! Once he secured the apartment, I had to send his furniture to him immediately because he did not even have a bed to rest his head. He had to check out of the airBNB at 11 am today. Needless to say, I was desperate - I pondered renting a 15 footer to drive his furniture to him. I had never driven one before, and it would have been more than a 4 hours drive, in addition to toll, gas, and manpower (that I did not even have). Needless to say, I was in dire need. I found Citizenshipper online and was hesitant to use them (I had never heard of them prior), but I googled them and saw that they were a legitimate business. I placed my request and the quotes that were coming in were way beyond my budget. However, D.H Logistics sent me the lowest quote. We scheduled the pick up for today at 11 a.m.; the driver (David) arrived at approximately 10:45. He called to say he was there, whenever I was ready for him to start picking up the furniture. I opened the door, and he was a very friendly, but professional gentleman. He also had another one of his drivers come with a second van, which he explained was to pickup the larger items. I was impressed of his thoughtfulness as not to delay the delivery. They completed the loading phase in less than 20 minutes and were on the road. I appreciated David texting at the half way point as he promised. They arrived a few minutes earlier than expected, and delivered everything as promised. I am thankful for the professionalism throughout this entire process. Your thoughtfulness made this portion of the process very bearable. Hopefully, I won’t have to hire movers again, but if I do D.H Logistics will surely be the first number I dial. If I could have given you a 6-star rating, I would. Thank you for a job well done!.
