Our puppy got play time, cuddles, sleep, food, water and traveled in a new soft carrier that no other dog has been in, a requirement I appreciate. Words can't express my gratitude for the kind, professional and caring person that is Randy! Just this morning he delivered our 1-year old Belgian Malinois to Oregon from Colorado. Throughout the trip he was communicative and sent pictures, and I never once had to worry or wonder how things were going. Incredibly prompt, too! As a bonus, our pup immediately loved him and went happily into his cozy kennel in the back of Randy's SUV. We have done this route several times and will forever recommend Randy to friends/family in similar situations needing to transport precious cargo!

Scam. I was initially very impressed with the communication from 2+U but was bitterly disappointed. I had to pay half of the total cost up front when booking and the other half could be paid before the dogs reached my destination. TWO days before travel, I got a message saying that their truck had broken down and that they would not be able to transport my pets. The representative also said that they had reached out to finance for a refund of my deposit, after which I have not heard from them nor received my deposit after several attempts to contact. So disappointing. Do not book.

I was skeptical at first because it was my first time ever using citizenshipper, and honestly the reviews sold me. I am so glad I went with MPTransport. Everything went so smooth. Great communication, kept me updated, very professional and detailed. I had my puppy transported from a breeder many states away, and even she is very happy and wants to use them for future transports. There’s a reason MPTransport has so many great reviews! I appreciated Rick making an actual phone call to me, rather than just talking through text, to explain how the whole process works, answer any questions that I had. Rick is very thorough and will let you know what he needs on your end to help them do their job safely. I never even thought about it because it was my first time needing to have a pet transport, but I appreciate how they required a USDA health certificate because that tells me all other pets in the the vehicle with your pet, is cleared and healthy so it puts your mind at ease that your pet won’t catch anything, especially a little almost 9wk puppy like I had. Bryan, the actual driver in my transport, was very informative. Texted with ETA, willing to work with you if a certain time wasn’t going to work out. Overall great friendly guy. You can tell they love to do what they do. All the way from Oklahoma, to Michigan, and then to me in Wisconsin and still had a smiling face and so polite. Overall great experience! Should I ever need to transport a pet again, I’m coming back to them.

Donna did an amazing job transporting our 80lb goldendoodle from Chicago Illinois to Chesapeake Virginia. This was a late night airport pickup and long drive. Others drivers bids were withdrawn or increased by up to $500 because of the airport pickup. She sent tons of pictures and videos during the trip. All with our big boy smiling and having a great time with her! While we hope not to have to transport our pup again I would absolutely recommend Donna. And I can say with complete confidence that Colin from Pathway Per Adventure was amazingly kind and courteous, showed real compassion for my kittens and was a safe driver throughout the over 1500 mile trip.
