Shipment from Gladewater, TX to Melbourne Beach, FL
My main concern was the puppy making it to his new home which he eventually did.
They did give a great price but you also get what you pay for.
Driver agreed to share location & then turned it off 20 minutes after leaving my home.
Communication was not great at all. Driver eventually messaged and would keep in contact with the buyer which I was grateful for. So I would have some type of idea where our puppy was.
I 100% understand traffic and being safe while driving & getting rest.
But there was no updates on multiple stops made, time delays with no communication.
Was told next day delivery.. which was not a big deal till it became 12 hours later than originally stated.
Needless to say it was a stressful couple of days of worrying & super grateful the puppy made it to its new home.

So glad we chose them! Shawn and Donn were so caring with the kitties, who had very little travel experience. They had a comfortable safe place to sleep and get exercise in their RV!
We had an incredible experience with Travers Family Transport, and I'd happily recommend them to anyone looking for pet transport services. Relocating from SOCAL to VA with a newborn was an obviously stressful process, but after speaking to, and eventually booking our pet's transport with Travers Family we immediately felt assured that our two rambunctious huskies were in the best possible hands. What we thought would be one of the most difficult parts of the moving process became one of the easiest, and we couldn't recommend them enough.
Stacey was amazing from the start. Communication was so easy. She picked up our sweet pup and had him to us in great time. It was so nice to see him so calm and not stressed. I can not thank her enough for her time and efforts bringing our sweet boy.

He also provided an update with the pet, and also his location throughout his whole trip. Overall great experience with Colin, I suggest you to go with Colin if you are still deciding who to choose for your pet transportation! (Also, reasonable pricing)

Gigi transported our new Boxer rescue from FLA to CT. She was amazing! She answers all texts promptly and sends tons of pictures. She kept me informed about Maverick’s condition every step of the way. When she dropped him off she was so knowledgeable about integrating him with our little min pin Dahlia. She even drove after Mav when he pulled a fast one and got out of his collar. Oh yes he ran down the street and Gigi hopped right back in her van and brought him back to us . She even followed up later that evening to see how our nervous pup was getting along. If you are looking for a kind and compassionate person to transport your precious cargo then Gigi and All paws aboard is the way to go. You will not be disappointed.

Mikal was a huge blessing to both Bella and I. He met us at the Las Vegas airport early on the 18th of May. He was even early which gave me instant peace. His friendly, comfortable and helpful countenance put my anxieties to rest. I have mobility issues and I am not a fan of flying. During the check-in process he not only took care of Bella but also helped me check-in my bags. The TSA process was so quick with his clearance for he and Bella. On the plane he sensed I was a little afraid during take-off and assured me “it’s going to be all right” which calmed me. On landing in SFO he helped the Porter and I get my baggage and wait curbside for my sister. He helped us load the car and I was happily on my way. He was so patient during the whole delivery process and Bella and I was at peace the whole way. I could not have done this without him and will be forever thankful. I definitely recommend using this service, if we PCS again I will be in touch! Very friendly, professional.
I am absolutely thrilled with this service but even more so with Omer. I had a dog shipped from Montana to North Carolina. When I asked the shipper (who earns his livelihood on his dogs) what his impression of Omer was, this is what he said:
“ He seemed legit. He was in a well maintained, very clean and organized Honda mini van. Had a nice set up for a dog to ride inside van with he and his brother. He was gentle and patient with dog.!
He was very punctual and had kept me will informed . I give him 5 stars.”
The dog arrived on time, clean and in a very good mood. It was clear she was well taken care of on the ride. It was a bit scary to trust a stranger to transport our puppy, but I assure you, you can trust Omer. He did EXACTLY what he said he would do with absolutely no hiccups or deviations. I’m very thankful and pleased. Thank you Omer!

They did everything they could to keep him relaxed on transport. Only thing I would have changed was knowing how bad his back legs had been to request seeing a vet in transport. But it made me realize not everyone knows signs of swelling or other signs of vet attention needed.
