My main concern was the puppy making it to his new home which he eventually did. They did give a great price but you also get what you pay for. Driver agreed to share location & then turned it off 20 minutes after leaving my home. Communication was not great at all. Driver eventually messaged and would keep in contact with the buyer which I was grateful for. So I would have some type of idea where our puppy was. I 100% understand traffic and being safe while driving & getting rest. But there was no updates on multiple stops made, time delays with no communication. Was told next day delivery.. which was not a big deal till it became 12 hours later than originally stated. Needless to say it was a stressful couple of days of worrying & super grateful the puppy made it to its new home.

Relocating from SOCAL to VA with a newborn was an obviously stressful process, but after speaking to, and eventually booking our pet's transport with Travers Family we immediately felt assured that our two rambunctious huskies were in the best possible hands. Mikal was a huge blessing to both Bella and I. He met us at the Las Vegas airport early on the 18th of May. He was even early which gave me instant peace. His friendly, comfortable and helpful countenance put my anxieties to rest. I have mobility issues and I am not a fan of flying. During the check-in process he not only took care of Bella but also helped me check-in my bags. The TSA process was so quick with his clearance for he and Bella. On the plane he sensed I was a little afraid during take-off and assured me “it’s going to be all right” which calmed me. On landing in SFO he helped the Porter and I get my baggage and wait curbside for my sister. He helped us load the car and I was happily on my way. He was so patient during the whole delivery process and Bella and I was at peace the whole way. I could not have done this without him and will be forever thankful. He’s a professional with a great heart.

When I asked the shipper (who earns his livelihood on his dogs) what his impression of Omer was, this is what he said: “ He seemed legit. He was in a well maintained, very clean and organized Honda mini van. Had a nice set up for a dog to ride inside van with he and his brother. He was gentle and patient with dog.! He was very punctual and had kept me will informed . I give him 5 stars.” The dog arrived on time, clean and in a very good mood. It was clear she was well taken care of on the ride. It was a bit scary to trust a stranger to transport our puppy, but I assure you, you can trust Omer. He did EXACTLY what he said he would do with absolutely no hiccups or deviations. When my puppy wasn’t able to board the plane (due to not having a rabies shot) the driver presented me with many options and in the end he made sure that my puppy made it safe back home. I am great full they got my puppy (dog at the time) returned to me. He sadly gave himself injuries in transport. But has seen a vet and healing well. They did everything they could to keep him relaxed on transport. Only thing I would have changed was knowing how bad his back legs had been to request seeing a vet in transport. But it made me realize not everyone knows signs of swelling or other signs of vet attention needed. I requested the website offer a basic animal health problem identifying type class for transports to take if they wish. Fingers crossed it helps. Again very greatful they got my baby back.
