Fantastic experience shipping Tofu, a 40 lbs rescue dog, from Boston to DC. We were in luck and able to book a same day pick up and were in communication with both management and our driver throughout, with pictures and updates. I was shipping Tofu to my brother and coordinating everything went smoothly with all parties involved. Danny, our wonderful transport driver, was extremely professional, patient, and kind with all of us. He went above and beyond and took excellent care of our precious cargo. I had an emergency emergency situation over the weekend and needed to get a dog moved from St. Petersburg Florida to Ames Iowa on very short notice. Having reviewed dozens of bids on CitizenShipper I noticed the many 5-star reviews that previous customers had written about Donna. Normally, I look for the lowest bid, but in this case, I think Donna was actually the highest bid, but it was essential that I found someone I could trust. Donna was able to arrive in less than 48 hours and then deliver the dog in less than 48 hours, keeping me posted during the entire journey. It is so obvious that Donna has a special place in her heart for dogs. It takes a lot for me to be willing to take the time to write a review like this, but as a demanding customer, I can say that Donna exceeded all of my expectations. Highly recommended!

Jerry went above and beyond to make sure that our pets got to us in a timely matter when we faced a little bit of a Hiccup with our dog…Jerry was very quick to reschedule for a later date that still fit into his schedule, squeezing us in and best of all he didn’t charge us extra which we greatly appreciate!! I most definitely will be booking Jerry for any future needs when it comes to having my animals transported since we are a military family and it’s great to be able to trust somebody as much as we trust Jerry with our animals!! The shipper I booked was non-responsive literally the day before my trip, so I frantically looked for a replacement with mere hours to spare. Luckily Omer and his brother were available. The day I met them in McAllen, Texas to deliver my dogs was the same day that my first flight home was cancelled. It took me about 9 more hours to figure out how I would make it home, but I felt confident the entire time that I could at least trust Omer to get my dogs home safely.
