Jayne is a great transporter. She took my 61lb rough collie from Atlanta to Columbus and was very professional, caring, and communicative the entire journey. My dog tends to be nervous in the car and she stopped frequently for him to take potty breaks and get some relief from the car. She even stayed overnight and finished the trip the next day to keep my dog’s anxiety down. If you need a transport, she is the best. I would definitely use her services again.

Didn't have a good experience. I think pictures of merchandise should be taken before you touch it. Not after you drop it and then take pictures. My Harley was move back to the street drop and ask for assistance to pick it up. Then take pictures. When he delivers he takes pics again but how can u tell him about product been damage. Andria, was terrific, she had to deal with so very much while traveling fromTX to AL, the weather had been terrible and traffic was at it's worse due to not only vacationing travel but evaluating traffic so it took much longer to bring a very special kitty to me @ the most reasonable price. She was great dealing with a short glitch as soon as possible when she had been in an area that had no cell coverage. We finally were able to reconnect and things are history now. Due to what must have been the worst trip even shetook great care of my kitty, Toulouse. And was helpful when the late hour and a glitch with me bank cause a payment issue and she waited to receive her final payment when my bank opened up. Knowing she had to leave without being paid. Unbelievable. Our original driver cancelled within an hour of pickup. I found Omer and his brother and they picked up my dog in 6 hours and delivered her to Alexandria, VA in literally two days. Horrendous - pure nightmare: I am considering taking legal action on them. My pet came back pooping blood - the scariest thing I have ever experienced. The driver was aware but purposefully did not disclose this upon delivery. I had to take her immediately to the emergency vet. It has taken 3 weeks for her to recover but her gut is still sensitive to food now. She also came back 6 pounds lower and the food bag I had provided did not seem to have even been accessed. She was extremely dehydrated and lost her happy/friendly demeanor. I have escalated this to Citizenshipper who verified all the vet documents (before) and after - to conclude that the driver would be suspended from the platform.

I am so happy with Anton’s service. He managed to accommodate my two anxious Maltipoos on very short notice when another company cancelled unexpectedly. He kept me updated multiple times a day with photos and locations. They were also able to complete the trip in a short time which was great. I was also impressed with the car setup, completely customized for dogs and I was also able to send my own dog bed with them so they had some familiarity. He also attached air tags to them as an extra safety precaution. The dogs were relaxed and happy when they arrived in Boston. M&A is one of the pricier options on here, but well worth it for the time and care they received on their solo trip. Highly recommend and will definitely contact Anton if they need to travel again!
