Completely satisfied with this company. We hired them to pick up our new puppy and they drove all day to bring him to us. Both David ( driver ) and his wife Tiffany (dispatcher ) always communicated with me with texts phone calls photos and video. I would have my little boy with out them. He arrived in good health and well taken care of. There prices are more then reasonable and getting to know Tiffany made this process so much easier and trusting, I new my puppy would be in great hands. Justin was amazing!! Everything went according to plan and it all ran smoothly. He transported our German Shepherd and Bichon from NJ to Fl. Throughout the whole journey he provided pictures and videos updates, which it was a huge relief for us! Justin was able to keep them calm throughout the entire trip. It was very easy to see where he was using the 360 App, and he sent texts at least twice a day. Road trips can be stressful for animals, and we appreciated how quickly Justin completed the trip. His prices are very reasonable, and we absolutely recommended his transportation service to everyone I know! Communication was terrible in the beginning. After kinda having a fit I started getting communication. I understand vehicle breaking down and stuff happening but the communication was non existent. They finally picked Molly up at midnight thirty after they were supposed to be there around 8am I had to reach out to get info what was going on and then they acted like I was the problem. Communication was better but odd through the entire transaction I would certainly not choose them again especially cause of the person that books it. The driver was odd but was ok. Nice enough. Once I let them know I got to leave a review at the end the office persons attitude went to oh how can we help you instead of I have your money what are you gonna do. So customer service sucked. My dog made it home safe after a stressful pickup and the driver did his job. Just remember we are the customer and these our are family members. Don’t be a cunt.

Originally booked for a specific day but 5 days before they told me that the transport before mine was running behind schedule and they needed to reschedule for 4 days after which was fine with me just a bit inconvenient. I asked when i would hear more specifics about time of pickup and i was told either 24 hrs prior or the day of. On the DAY OF pickup I texted around 12p their time just to make sure that they were still coming as i haven’t heard anything. My husband and I called about a total of 5 times to multiple different numbers and multiple texts over a 5 hour period with no response from anyone. I then received a short text that basically said the drivers car broke down the day prior and they’re going to refund me my money but I have to wait 7 days for it to reflect in my account (which is annoying because i can’t book anybody else until i have that money back and i’m still waiting on it) I completely understand car problems but to wait until the day of pickup and not respond to me for 5 HOURS is ridiculous. Poor communication overall, but at the end of the day everything happens for a reason and i would NEVER trust these people with my dogs. If it was a shorter trip i feel like i could’ve found somebody to pickup my dogs but the fact that they’re going from Maryland to Alaska i couldn’t find anyone on such SHORT notice without the thousands of dollars that i’m waiting to be refunded.

Anton was our transport driver and he was very flexible with me especially since it was super last minute for my pet pick up date. He sent us pictures and gave us updates every few hours, he treated our German Shepard like his own and made it to us in a matter of 2 1/2 days from Cali to Georgia.
