Lily brought our sweet Daisy girl safe and sound from Tennessee to California! ❤️ We had never transported a puppy before so we were very nervous at first, but Lily quickly made us feel comfortable. She had no problem with sending us references and photos prior to booking to ensure we were 100% confident in her. Throughout the trip, she went above and beyond by sending updates, photos, shared her location with us at all times, and even provided us with recommendations and training tips. She also made it to CA in record time! She left on Friday morning and arrived to our home by Saturday evening so we were really happy about that! She is very knowledgeable and we couldn't have found a better person to bring our precious girl home! 10/10 recommend Lily! Lastly, Lily was by far the most economic option. Deborah was very reasonably priced which at first made me wonder if there was anything different in her Services versus those who were almost double. I can say that she did a fabulous job and I can't imagine that anyone could do anything better. She took my 110 lb dog all the way from Florida to Colorado, kept us up to date with GPS and even a photo or two. not a fancy vehicle with bells and whistles but good enough for a pooch. He went solo, if there had been other dogs, they would have been crate to crate (his crate would have taken up most of the room). I would use her again

Initially, things were fine. Setting up the whole trip for my two dogs seemed ideal. Things were OK. I wasn't in contact as much as I wanted to be. And did not receive pictures until I ask for them, something I thought would be automatic. I was also told that I woild have GPS access to their location. Heather the driver said she would spend the night at home, breaking the trip between Arizona and Arkansas. She told me she she would drive from Texas to Arkansas by the nrxt morning. Come ten A.M. I left a message where she was and heard back over three hours later saying that she slept in and that she was in her way. I asked her ti keep me posted as to her EDT. Over three hours later I sent a request about her location and was told she had not left yet. Car trouble hours later I was told she was hours out and eventually twenty plus hours late I got my dogs. I recived them totally stressed. A car packed full of junk. They were cramed into a small crate together. Junk piled up in top and threwout the car. Put in a crate with a back door shut up against their crate. Zero light

It was short notice as the company we had booked canceled on the pick up day. She arrived on the Thursday as promised and brought Hector to Utah on Saturday afternoon. Hector is a little high maintenance but Yolanda understood his needs immediately and my dog arrived super happy and relaxed. Isral appeared genuine but after accepting the bid and paying 125 and a couple of brief calls with him, he kept pushing back his pickup times which gave us great concern. It got to the point where we had to again find someone else more reliable. This interaction lead to a waste of non refundable funds and time that could have been spent finding our fur baby the right transport in time now our fur baby will arrive days later than wished.

There is VICTORY in Victoria!! Where do I start? Victoria is the sweetest, caring and heartfilled person. She took great care of my puppies arrival. From the time she placed her offer to drop off. Victoria remained kind, updated pictures of my babies and communicated thoroughly! Her offer was beyond fair as well. When she noticed there may have been a health issue with one of the pups, she kept her craddled close to her and sent several messages with updates while I contacted the breeder. Nesta required me to pay in advance for my dog transport from Austin to Park City over 2 months before the pick up date. Shortly before the pick up date, Nesta started claiming she was delayed and couldn't pick up my dog on time and couldn't guarantee pick up. After multiple excuses and a week after the previously scheduled pick up, Nesta agreed to cancel and give me a refund for the trip I paid for in full over 2 months prior and for which no services were provided. I was promised a full refund within 3-5 business days. The 3-5 business days came and went. I followed up regularly on my refund and got various reasons as to why it wasn’t sent. After about 30 days, Nesta started claiming a partial refund would be issued to account for expenses she claimed she had making her way to Texas. Nesta lives in Houston and was headed back to Houston before she came to Austin. Her insistence on going back to Houston first instead of coming straight to Austin to get my dog was ultimately the reason I accepted her offer for a full refund. After a lot of back and forth, I accepted a partial refund just to stop having to deal with her. It took Nesta approximately 50 days to issue a partial refund. I do not recommend Nesta for any dog transport. BTW, I had to expedite my dog to Park City at twice the cost of what I had previously paid to Nesta.

It's always scary and risky to trust your fur baby with a person you've never met but it was one worth taking with Jennifer! She was very communicative and professional from the moment she gave me a quote until she dropped off our dog in MI. She kept us updated with photos during their rest/gas/potty breaks and even updated us with how our dog was doing (his temperament), how much he ate, etc. She took very good care of him and even had chew toys for him upon pickup! Tonica was very communicative. Although the time line was a bit later than expected due to medical issues she still was very informative. She sent picture updates on my kitty and got her here too Texas from Cali! I'm so happy. I talked to Tonica for a bit before actually finding my kitty and knew that if I did she was who I wanted to go with!

Wonderful! I recently had the pleasure of using Kevin’s, from D&C’s Animal Transport, service to transport my esa rabbit from Winston Salem NC to NYC and I could not be happier. From the moment I saw Kevin’s bid to the completion of the ride, he exceeded my expectations. First, by displaying a genuine understanding and concern for both my pets and my own needs. He was on time to both the pick up and drop off and was able to drop her off within the estimated time of delivery (which had been later that day). I was very happy and impressed with this service. In the past I have run into trouble with drivers getting delayed or missing the drop off time. However, Kevin is professional and incredibly reliable. Additionally, Kevin was an excellent communicator and showed genuine care for my rabbits safety and comfort. He provided me with pictures and updates throughout the trip and trended to her specific needs in a professional manner. His responsiveness and attentiveness were also exceptional (and helped ease my nerves.) Lastly, Kevin was able to give me a very good price. Typically when paying a lower price the drivers are less reliable, but this was not the case with Kevin. He showed great dedication to ensuring my pets safety, comfort, and staying on an efficient time schedule. If you're looking for someone who will go above and beyond to ensure an stress-free and enjoyable journey for your furry companion, look no further. I wholeheartedly recommend Kevin.
