Not only did my spouse and I feel extremely comfortable with him transporting our Belgian Malinois, so did our son Astro. If I can give these people a rating below 0, I would. They gave me July 1st to July 4th from NY to Texas. I said ok.. the driver would give me an ETA and would not show up or give me a notice to tell me they’re late. They ended up coming July 5th at 9PM. My dog was squeezed in a hundai with other dogs in crates. My dog had lost so much weight. There was a spot of dirt on his backside. So I figured it was just dirt. After they left and my husband and I were cleaning it- it turned out to be an infection from the car because the dog was laying down on the same spot for 5 days. We took him to the hospital right away.. there were infections on his back side, tail, and both of his back feet. They did blood work and urine tests, the dog was dehydrated, and was not fed at all for 5 days. The tests ended up costing us over $1000. I tried calling Danielle (boss) and Annie (the driver)- no one picked up.. I texted both of them and left them voicemails, never heard back to this day. Also, his name tag and Apple AirTag were stolen off of him. PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!! They are the worst! My dog was mistreated and was starved. They will not bring you your pet at the time they tell you because they would rather take more jobs (pets) to make more money. They don’t care about anything else! YOU PEOPLE ARE DISGUSTING HUMANS WITH FAKE REVIEWS- YOU’RE NOT DOG PEOPLE LIKE YOU STATED!

We had an extremely positive experience with Geoff & Leslie! It could not have been smoother. My primary concern was that the person I was in contact with to setup the transport of our dog was actually the person making the trip, and they were, from door to door, and plenty of communication in between to confirm arrival and comfort of our dog. I must have been contacted by at least 40 drivers during this process, and when I came across the reviews for them, I knew they were the best fit, both in terms of their transparency of the process, their timely communication, and the actual delivery of our dog. If in the future we ever need transport like this, I'm reaching out to them first!
