THIS IS A SCAM!!!! DO NOT USE THIS SHIPPER!!!! After I booked them through Citizen shipper, they requested 50% deposit to arrange flight for my pup. Initially all seemed well, but just 4 hours before the puppy was to be picked up they said they couldn't book the flight since there was so much 4th of July holiday travel. Note that the deliver was to be days prior to the Holiday. That being said, I told them I was ok with delivery on the 5th of July which they agreed to. However, after the 3rd of July I never heard from them again. Keep in mind that they still had my 50% deposit. They never followed up with me...ignoring all of my phone calls and text messages. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SCAM LIKE I DID!

At 9pm on the 4th she asked if she could do it the 6th. I explained I needed it done the 5th and if she was going to cancel I needed to now right. Then, as she was supposed to pick up my dog in less than 12 hours, she said she had blurry vision and couldn’t do it. After reading her previous review of cancelling last minute, I don’t think she can be trusted as a reliable driver.

I hate to give a negative review on such a sweet person. I read almost every review before booking and the only negative review was that she couldn't make a trip because of car trouble. I should have read what type of vehicle she drives because the evening before my trip she cancelled the pick up because of engine failure. I was unable to reschedule a suitable driver last minute within my budget and my 25 day summer vacation with my dog was forced to be cancelled. I am out a ton of money on flights, dog friendly airbnb's, and dog food I had shipped to Michigan. The only reason I am giving her two stars instead of 1 is she is a really nice person who communicates well.

I had to make the most difficult decision of my life and re-home my baby girl. I have an 8 month old and two other dogs - it got too hectic and the dog fights were a risk we couldn’t take anymore. I sent her to live with my sister, and I wasn’t sure how I was going to get her to Chicago from Texas. I stumbled across this site, and sifted through dozens of transport services, but T & T stood out to me. They had excellent reviews, and seemed genuinely nice. My gut feeling was right. They called me and talked to me on the phone for a half hour before I made the decision to book them. They made sure I was comfortable with them, told me about themselves, and left room for any questions. When the day came to let her go, they came to pick her up and we’re just as sweet in person. My dog could sense it too. She practically ran into their minivan! They had it clean and set up with a bed for her, and even had treats. They sent photos of her all along the way, I was able to track them on GPS, and they texted updates and loved on her the entire trip! They even had me start a group chat with my sister so she would be in the loop. They really made what was the saddest choice/day of my life so much easier on both of us. This was the best service I've encountered. I wanted someone who would keep my updated on anything that happens and also how things are going. He left from NY to where I lived. He kept me updated. He was late but I wasn't surprised (try to drive from NY through CT without hitting traffic or random delays..it happens). He still kept me updated which is what I expect from a professional service. He came and picked my dog up and took his time going to my parents. I told him to take his time; arrive safely. He did. He stopped when it rained and kept me updated. He managed to make it there fast. This was a phenomenal service and I definitely recommend it to anyone who needs their pet transported. The important thing I want to stress it transported, not delivered. Your dog is cared for. THANK YOU! I will definitely keep them in mind in the future if I need to transport my dog.
