Won by Lone Pine Organics, LLC dba AAA Pet Transport for $1,250.00

Shipment from Bolivar, MO to Dighton, MA

Serena was amazing and such a blessing. We were supposed to have our dog Stanley transported by plane by another company. They were stressful and non-communicative from the beginning. We ran into an issue where they would delay Stanley for a week. I found Serena and AAA here on Wednesday and without hesitation, she agreed to pick him up from MO and brought to MA from Thursday to Friday. She was so kind, always kept us updated, and made us feel comfortable from the start. I wish I could rate her higher!

After getting him to vet and they took his temperature it was 105.8 I CAN ONLY IMAGINE HOW HIGH HIS TEMP WAS IN THE VAN!!! There could not have been AC!

Shipment from Sandusky, MI to Greensboro, NC

I was not satisfied at all with the business they was suppose to provide for me. I was lied to more than one time . They was suppose to provide me a tracking number for my item that I was getting to be delivered to me. My item was 2 days late then what they told me but I will say this it was not the drivers fault they made a big mess of the situation. It was the dispatcher he was very nasty and very disrespect when I was calling trying to find out where my 15000 bike was . I miss 2 days from work when the only thing they had to do was reach out to me. I tried calling the phone went right to a message saying the caller you're trying to reach is unavailable. So after calling several time from 1pm-7pm somebody decided to text me back after I told them I was gone put the law on them. And when the driver got to me I felt bad for him because he was just trying to do his job alone. While that old sorry dispatch made it look like he was doing his job. You need better help ...I would have paid the same amount for someone who's been it for a while but I gave you a chance not the driver but the sorry dispatch

Our family couldn't be any happier with choosing USA Animal Transport to bring our fury family members Simba & Billie across country. While reviewing the proposals from multiple providers, it was apparent that Dara & Grace were a step above all the rest. From our initial conversation about the services they provided, to engaging in a contract, they show to not just be true professionals, but caring people for some of the ones we love the most. I have to admit that I was a little nervous entrusting the care of our furry family members to others, but the level of comfort that Dara & Grace provided us with pictures, trip updates, humorous messages, and status all along the 3,000 mile journey were beyond professional. We highly recommend their care, service, and loving support for our furry friends and family! Thank you Dara & Grace for making what started out to be a really stressful decision turn into one of the best experiences. We are forever grateful for your care!

Never once did she complain about the challenges my poor dog gave her. She just loved on him, stopped to let him pee/poo as often as he needed (which was every hour at one point!), and kept me well-informed every mile of the drive. Won by USA Animal Transport for $1,300.00

Shipment from Chicago, IL to Fullerton, CA

STOP LOOKING/WORRYING and BOOK USA Animal Transport! If you are anything like me, I am sure you have stressed over the dozens of options for your precious cargo to be transported. Our situation was a bit unique. We adopted a 3-year-old English Setter from Greece. Not only did this sight-unseen pup have to fly from Athens Greece to Chicago, but then he needed to be driven from Chicago to Orange County, CA to meet his new unknown family. I knew I needed to find someone to pour love and security into him. Our boy, Watson, was found on the streets of Athens and showed signs of previous abuse, but he did well in the shelter for the last 3 months and we wanted to give him the life he deserves. I fretted about finding someone to transport him "home" as he was already going to be traumatized over the 15 hour flight and then being crated cross country by complete strangers who spoke a completely different language. We were lucky enough to stumble upon the bio for USA Animal Transport. As soon as we started texting, I knew they were special. Not only are Dara & Grace incredibly professional and informative, but they are also absolute animal lovers. After many texts and phone conversations to relieve my concerns, I booked their service. They pick up Watson from the rescue house in Chicago about an hour after he got off the plane. He had just enough time for a bath and some bonding and Grace and Dara were off with him on their big adventure. I was given CONSTANT video, picture, text updates on how Watson was adjusting, his food/water intake, and their location. They kept me updated on all aspects of their trip and his well-being. Watson had a GREAT time and once we met in Orange County, CA it was clear that he was very bonded and trusted Dara & Grace. He arrived at his furever home happy and healthy. Dara & Grace calmed the nerves of a scared, homeless, abused animal just off an international flight and drove him cross country in 48 hours, and handed him over obviously very loved. They are truly animal whisperers! They are also forever part of our furfamily! Watson won't have it any other way, and neither will we. Thank you Dara and Grace! You are doing the work of animal saints!

Won by Omer Tekler for $3,000.00

Shipment from null, MA to Oakland, CA

Omer and Samet provided us with an incredible, outstanding service ! They drove our mini bernedoodle Noche from Boston, MA to Oakland, CA in less than three days and treated her like a little queen. They kept us informed constantly of their location and texted us pictures and videos of Noche which brightened our days and gave us peace of mind that she was happy and being cared for well. They stopped multiple times to let her out, walk around, get some exercise, eat, drink and do her business. It is obvious they love dogs and they really want the pet parents to be comfortable that our babies are in good hands with them. And in the end we got this great video montage of Noche’s cross country journey. We can’t recommend them enough. And we can’t thank them enough for the true white glove service and for the care they showed for our Noche girl . Safe travels Omer and Samet Barbara and Carlos Boston to Oakland

I had an excellent experience with a motorcycle transport company. From the moment I interacted with them, their professionalism and customer service were outstanding. They exceeded my expectations by picking up my motorcycle a day earlier than scheduled, which showed their dedication to efficiency. Their excellent service didn't stop there. The logistics team coordinated effectively to deliver my motorcycle to California sooner than expected, ensuring it arrived safely and well ahead of time. I was pleasantly surprised by how streamlined and well-organized their process was. Throughout my interactions with the company, they communicated promptly and clearly, showing genuine concern for my motorcycle's well-being. I never had to worry about the safety or timely arrival of my precious cargo. This company sets a high bar in a field where reliability, timeliness, and care are crucial. Their commitment to service is unparalleled, and it shows in how they carry out their tasks. If you're looking for a trustworthy, efficient, and customer-oriented motorcycle transport service, this company is your top choice.
