Serena was amazing and such a blessing. We were supposed to have our dog Stanley transported by plane by another company. They were stressful and non-communicative from the beginning. We ran into an issue where they would delay Stanley for a week. I found Serena and AAA here on Wednesday and without hesitation, she agreed to pick him up from MO and brought to MA from Thursday to Friday. She was so kind, always kept us updated, and made us feel comfortable from the start. I wish I could rate her higher!

THIS MAN HAS NO EXPERIENCE! When I seen my dog he was laid on his side completely unconscious and he asked me is that normal for him!!! After getting him to vet and they took his temperature it was 105.8 I CAN ONLY IMAGINE HOW HIGH HIS TEMP WAS IN THE VAN!!! There could not have been AC!

I was not satisfied at all with the business they was suppose to provide for me. I was lied to more than one time . They was suppose to provide me a tracking number for my item that I was getting to be delivered to me. My item was 2 days late then what they told me but I will say this it was not the drivers fault they made a big mess of the situation. It was the dispatcher he was very nasty and very disrespect when I was calling trying to find out where my 15000 bike was . I miss 2 days from work when the only thing they had to do was reach out to me. I tried calling the phone went right to a message saying the caller you're trying to reach is unavailable. So after calling several time from 1pm-7pm somebody decided to text me back after I told them I was gone put the law on them. And when the driver got to me I felt bad for him because he was just trying to do his job alone. While that old sorry dispatch made it look like he was doing his job. You need better help ...I would have paid the same amount for someone who's been it for a while but I gave you a chance not the driver but the sorry dispatch

FIVE-STAR HANDLER!! Angie is truly an angel!! She had her hands full with transporting my Border Collie who had a sick tummy for most of the cross-country drive. But Angie was so kind & compassionate and even went out of her way to find special food and medicine for him. I think she has the most tender heart of anyone I've ever met! Never once did she complain about the challenges my poor dog gave her. She just loved on him, stopped to let him pee/poo as often as he needed (which was every hour at one point!), and kept me well-informed every mile of the drive. One word of advice I would offer, when traveling with multiple dogs, crates are a nice option. STOP LOOKING/WORRYING and BOOK USA Animal Transport! If you are anything like me, I am sure you have stressed over the dozens of options for your precious cargo to be transported. Our situation was a bit unique. We adopted a 3-year-old English Setter from Greece. Not only did this sight-unseen pup have to fly from Athens Greece to Chicago, but then he needed to be driven from Chicago to Orange County, CA to meet his new unknown family. I knew I needed to find someone to pour love and security into him. Our boy, Watson, was found on the streets of Athens and showed signs of previous abuse, but he did well in the shelter for the last 3 months and we wanted to give him the life he deserves. I fretted about finding someone to transport him "home" as he was already going to be traumatized over the 15 hour flight and then being crated cross country by complete strangers who spoke a completely different language. We were lucky enough to stumble upon the bio for USA Animal Transport. As soon as we started texting, I knew they were special. Not only are Dara & Grace incredibly professional and informative, but they are also absolute animal lovers. After many texts and phone conversations to relieve my concerns, I booked their service. They pick up Watson from the rescue house in Chicago about an hour after he got off the plane. He had just enough time for a bath and some bonding and Grace and Dara were off with him on their big adventure. I was given CONSTANT video, picture, text updates on how Watson was adjusting, his food/water intake, and their location. They kept me updated on all aspects of their trip and his well-being. Watson had a GREAT time and once we met in Orange County, CA it was clear that he was very bonded and trusted Dara & Grace. He arrived at his furever home happy and healthy. Dara & Grace calmed the nerves of a scared, homeless, abused animal just off an international flight and drove him cross country in 48 hours, and handed him over obviously very loved. They are truly animal whisperers! They are also forever part of our furfamily! Watson won't have it any other way, and neither will we. Thank you Dara and Grace! You are doing the work of animal saints!

They stopped multiple times to let her out, walk around, get some exercise, eat, drink and do her business.
