Each had a different name that was not his and he could not tell me who they were. He told me he worked under "DROPOFF" company but I called them and they said they do not operate in this way. This driver did show me his license but his payment methods were very unsavory and he could not explain who or where I was sending money to. I would be cautious. I cancelled because I did not trust how he wanted to be paid and was not going to send money to weird email addresses on cash app or paypal. He may be legitimate but his payment methods are not.

I am very disappointed with Tonica and the fact that she scammed us out of $800!!! DO NOT BOOK WITH HER. We have already reposted her along with several other people that have experienced the same thing as we did. We booked her almost a month ago, to transport my Moms dog from CA to TX, as my Mom is moving with me due to a death in our family. At first Tonica was very responsive, and kind and I was happy I found her. She asked for payment upfront via CashApp, which I thought was strange but I ignored my gut and wanted to book her before it was too late. She then became unresponsive, over the next few weeks… And tonight something told me to check on her page and look at her reviews, and I am so glad I did. At first she had nothing but five star reviews, but over the last several weeks, her reviews have been one star, and people have been complaining that she has ghosted people, excepted payment, not responded back, and not refunded money. A lot of people have been scammed by her, she has been reported… Do not book her. Don’t fall for her scam like I did. I can’t believe that she would do this to people… It’s just horrible.

Ron and his wife kept me informed of their status both before and during Happy’s trip to ensure everything was appropriately in motion. Honestly, working with them was great, I wasn’t expecting such great communication—Ron sent pictures every night and maybe every other stop. His wife handled the details of the trip and at night they even worked with Happy on his tricks! I was very pleased and satisfied with their help and would highly recommend Travers Family Transport for anyone that needs pet relocation services! I was very happy with Rox. He was always sending me updates when he could. He actually went above and beyond by getting to the pickup location a day early so he could rent a car and drive to a smaller airport. Everything went well. When we met for the delivery, his bag that had my dog's food was missing...so now I had a puppy with no food (supplied by the breeder) but no problem...even after driving and flying for over 14 hours (weather delays) he ran to a store and bought my new puppy some food...What a champ! 2 days later he even texted me to see how she was doing! This shows what a great and caring man he is! I would highly recommend him and I'd give him 10 stars if they would let me!
