Mario is now my go to driver for all future my future pet transport needs. Incredibly responsive, responsible, accommodating and all around just a great guy with a good vibe. It’s always nerve racking to give your pet away for a few days, but Mario makes you feel as ease. He’s constantly sending photos and has the app Life360 which lets you track him, and even see how fast he’s traveling. Mario managed to drive from NYC to California and arrive a day early. Since I wasn’t there Mario was nice enough to let my GREAT DANE stay with him at his place for one night until I arrived. 5 stars, highly highly recommend.

Janice and Rodney were punctual with the pick-up of our Gordon Setter puppy from the breeder, had continued fantastic communication throughout the nine hour trip (with pictures!), and delivered him safely . They also went above the call of duty by allowing me to buy the harness they used on him when I realized the collar I had for him would not work for several weeks due to his puppy size! I HIGHLY recommend them!

We cannot say enough good things to say about Tommy. The man is a dedicated watercraft mover as he does care for your watercraft as if it’s his own. He has gone above and beyond our expectations. Our small lake community in California does not allow gas powered watercrafts and my wife is not too keen on getting on one of our kayaks. We were searching for different types pedal powered boats like the 2 - 4 seater plastic ones when we came across the Paddle Qwest on YouTube that we just had to have but they were so hard to find (in the west coast anyway) we couldn’t even find a used one and Apex Marine stopped making them. Finally, we came across a boat dealer’s website in New Hampshire and they had 2 brand new Paddle Qwest pontoons still available so we bought one and a trailer perfect for it. Looking at all the bids from CitizenShipper and all the reviews, we found Tommy to be the best fit. I asked him to take pictures of the boat if he’s in any significant scenery of all the states he had to cross and that he did which was awesome. He also sent text and made phone calls updating us on his location. I told Tommy that this was our very first boat and trailer so when he got to our place he gave us pointers on safety and securing the trailer on our vehicle and he mentioned his own learning experiences. He also launched our boat off a ramp for me to drive it and park on our dock. We’d give Tommy more than 5 stars if it was allowed.

We have used several dog transportation services in the past, but Onur was one of the best we’ve ever booked to transport our fur baby! His communication from the time of booking, to pick up, and drop off was amazing! He made the booking process very easy. He asked for our preferences with feeding— whether we wanted him to use his food or provide our own. He also asked our preference for our dog’s transport— crated or not crated. He wanted to ensure that our dog was extremely comfortable. During the trip, he sent photos and text messages every 2 hours with travel updates. He even FaceTimed us at every stop to check-in. Onur was so kind and wanted to make sure that were at ease during the entire trip. The best part of this experience was that he completed a 1,029 mile trip from New Jersey to Wisconsin in 15 hours!! He picked up and dropped off our fur baby on the same day!! I would recommend Onur with Pawz on the Road. His service was phenomenal and we will definitely book with him again in the future! And I will recommend to all my breeder friends needing to ship puppies. I feel so thankful for Karissa and her family! K&J traveled with my pup Mila just about as far cross-country as you could go from Washington to Florida, and it is clear that they take such good care of the pets under their watch. Even through bad storms and unpredictable weather, they made sure Mila and the rest of the dogs were safe and calm and I could not feel more grateful. At the end of the trip it was clear that Mila had bonded with Karissa and her family, and nothing compares to knowing that your dog feels safe and comforted by who’s watching them. My Gus Gus was very sad to leave his mommy (me) in Virginia so he could stay with his aunty in Texas but nonetheless he was immediately loved with open arms and no judgment to his hyper ness! Roxanne and Joey were EXCELLENT!!! We were extremely sad to send our sweet dog to Arizona to live family, as we are moving and can’t take her with us. They both made us feel soooo much better by communicating consistently, quickly and often through text, phone calls and pictures all along the way. At pick up they put our minds at ease by asking lots of specific questions to assure her safety, well-being and preferences. They took care of our dog as if it were their own by providing snuggles, allowing her to sit in laps, taking her on walks and giving her special treats. They frequently sent updates on their location and sweet pictures and videos of her that melted our hearts. Look no further for a transporter! If you want someone that is 100% reliable, always in touch, and great with your animals, Kris is your guy. I had booked VIP with another transporter who did not have any reviews which did not work out. They were cancelled before pickup. I was leery of finding someone good after that experience, but I placed another bid request and Kris responded. His reviews were awesome, and now I know why. He is everything you will want in a transporter and more! He was on time for the pickup. He shared a GPS AP with me to track the long trip from Austin to Malibu. He took lots of pictures for me from Rest Stop Doggie parks to my dog comfortably on the bed at a Motel 6. If I could give him 10 stars I would. Unreliable. He called me two days before scheduled pick up to try to pick up my dog that same day. I wasn’t available for him to pick her up then, but I said he could pick her up Sunday, which is one day before schedule pick up. He said no problem and that he would figure it out to pick her up on Monday the original scheduled pick up date. Sunday morning he cancelled my pick up. I had to cancel my flight lose that money and then drive my dog. He did send me my deposit back.

Transported Toby 104 pound German Shepherd, with separation anxiety from Portland, Oregon to Spartanburg, South Carolina, along with a few extra items for the dog. He did good with communication and always replied promptly. The GPS location was a huge stress reliever. I really enjoyed the fact that he made a good timing but also made very frequent stops (saw on gps) to let the dogs stretch their legs go to the bathroom and maintain comfortability during the long haul. A-MA-ZING!!!!!!! Pets can be expensive and relocating them even more! Dale gave a VERY reasonable price and did QUALITY work. Dale took very good care of my pet and showed concern as if they were his own. I have a large breed greyhound mix who enjoys affection. Dale gave daily consistent updates several times throughout the day and sent videos. My pet has traveled across the country and she had a GREAT time. I had a few hickups at the airport and getting to the final destination on time but Dale was very patient. Not to mention I moved to Arizona and the temperature was 110 degrees he was very kind and patient throughout the whole process. He got my pet to me on time exactly when he said he would. My pet arrived safe and happy and were treated well and I know this not just based off of his updates and videos but how my pet reacted to him. By her reactions I could tell that my pet trusted him and was not afraid. Thank you Dale and wherever you are now I wish you the best and hope that you remain safe and hydrated.
