Galaxy does a fine job transporting my two vehicles from point A to point B. However, communication only occurs when it is convenient for the company. I asked 2 days ahead of time to get a window or a time frame of pick up, and get no response until the day of. However, Galaxy will triple quadruple text to get an answer of whether or not you want to book with them and then message incessantly to ask for a review. I've done a lot of cross country moves so are used to spotty communication but if you're a first time shipper, just a heads up if you're anxiety ridden. Decently priced and delivered in promised time frame. Cars are in good condition upon delivery as well. Thank you!

This was my first time using a pet transport so I was nervous. However, Furbabbies were great about communication, explaining all the details and putting my mind at ease at the start of pickup. They met with the breeder and made sure they got all the paperwork and food and a video call so I could see it all with my own eyes. Throughout the journey, they continued to keep me informed on my pet's progress and included pictures and details of travel. They have previous experience of transporting lots of different ages and breeds of dogs, so I felt confident with their ability to monitor my puppy. They even went out of their way to "puppy-sit" during a short layover. Both pick up and drop off locations were in remote areas, and it was door-to-door which I found very convenient for my schedule. In the 2 month window we have consistantly checked in with Ms.tonica regarding the move and if she needed any accommodations that would help make the transition more smooth. She would reply with brief messages and give no updates regarding anything moving forward with the until the day of that we scheduled for pick up, she stated that her home was burned down and she was 10 hours away and that we just woke her up. We understand her drastic situtation but she didnt give no heads up and didnt even call us to let us know that the pick up we scheduled more then likely would be canceled, she stated she has "anxiety and she will still do the move and yet continuously telling us to find a new driver "just in case" She soon said that she would give us a refund if her services where no longer needed. We requested the refund, sent 3 messesages, and called her 3 times about the refund, and soon the smooth conversation we had have came to an end with her no longer responding to out messages.

This has been the best experience I've ever had with any business ever. Not only did Anton relieve our stress with the transportation but he accommodated efficiently and promptly. Baby Uly struggles with severe anxiety and separation anxiety and he came back as the most healed version of himself. He constantly sent us live updates with photos and live tracking which helped with our ease. His arrival was so prompt and efficient, I'm not sure how Anton does it. Uly even missed Anton after he left. Now my baby, doesn't fear us not coming back and is excellent on car rides.
