Kim was absolutely amazing! I wish I could give her more stars! I would highly recommend her for the job you have. Since I had never user Citizenshipper (or any shipper) before, Kim was kind enough to explain the process for me. She even went above a beyond. I hired her to bring 2 dogs (1 boy puppy and 1 girl puppy) to me, but the little girl decided to go on the lam. Kim even helped the people who I got the dogs from to look for the missing pup. Unfortunately, the she was still missing when I asked Kim to just bring the boy puppy. I did get the second puppy when she came back to the people who I got them from. Apparently, she wanted an adventure. I did go back for the little girl a couple days later. I let Kim know that I got her, and she said she was so relieved. Definitely recommend! 100%!

Jason is really sweet. He is a great communicator and sends photos. I like him so much I’m having him do another trip soon as I have many rescues and he’s been so great working with the arrangements and pricing for them all! I have long rescued farm animals and it’s really challenging to find transport for them between my very far distant homes. You want someone who cares for them on the journey. You can't hire a better man to deliver your pet. We had a date set, dog bought, date set. Everything arranged, BOOM wife is in the hospital one day before delivery. I called Greg and told him what happened, his concern was not for his schedule, it was for my wife, unreal. When she came home from the Hospital I called Greg back. He immediately asked me what day I wanted my puppy, Greg probably drove an extra 600 miles that day to keep his word and deliver our new pup. I could not possibly tell you how good this man is. I’ve been struggling to get my boat transported from Florida to New Hampshire for over a year now. I came onto citizenshipper and within minutes I got An amazing quote from Bruce. The boat I needed shipped is my late fathers boat and has been sitting for years to the point that the trailer was no good so I was extra worried about the shipping process! Where do I start .. Roberta was a very sweet woman she also not so sweet but also arrived to my location 15 minutes early from the pick up time. Due to the cat she transferred for me that was a cat that went to a rescue she also reimbursed me for my funds that I paid due to the rescue paid her in cash. She made it to the location to drop off the rescue cat that she transferred for me. She was very sweet to me and my son and very understanding. For anyone that's wondering what their cat or animal or furry baby will be safe with her. I would recommend 100%. She will communicate with you and verify the pickup time of the day of in communicate with you over the days. She will also send you pictures keep you updated. M&A Pets Transportation did an amazing job, and I cannot thank them enough for their communication, speed, and taking the best care of my dog! I was kicked off my flight with my French bulldog because she was barking, and the vet advised against sedating her, so I was frantically trying to find an option to transport her as I was moving across the country and needed to leave ASAP to get to the house closing. I found great reviews for M&A Pets Transportation on Citizenshipper, and reached out. I heard back immediately, like 10 minutes later, and they were able to pick up my dog the next day, which was incredible. They picked up my dog right on time, and in 3 days transported her across the country, sending us pictures, texting us, sending us this GPS tracker app to see where they were, and taking care of everything we asked them to. The transport showed up he had no help and was unable to load a motorcycle. It required me and my son in law to get it loaded. He then had no idea how to secure a motorcycle for transport. My original terms of service was for my bike to arrive Monday when I would be home to pay (and unload myself). He tells me he will be there Sunday. My wife is disabled and cannot help him. Galaxy told me he would accept PayPal. Then tells me he wants cash or zelle. Worst experience in my life

I was a extremely disappointed with his service. The communication was TERRIBLE. He told me over the phone and through messaging that he would get to Florida on the 23rd in the morning. The next day he calls me to ask if I can drop off my dog on the 24th (mind you I leave on the 24th) he then realizes this is when I leave. When I told him he said he would pick up my dog the morning of the 23rd he said that he NEVER said that, that it must have been a miscommunication. For the sake of not arguing I said it’s fine and he told me to send him my address and that he would pick up my dog from my house Sunday night. This morning rolls around and he sends me a picture of how his maps to show when he would be here. He said he can’t share his eta because it’s on Apple Maps. Which if you have an iPhone you know you can very well share your eta. Anyways I told him thank you and asked him to let me know when he is 15 minutes away from my house so I know to gather this things. He then says no you have to keep the in west palm beach. At this point I’m even more confused because as per our last conversation we ended it with him telling me that he will be picking up my dog from my house . He says he can no longer do it and that he needs me to drop him off in west palm beach which is an hour from me and he won’t get there until 11 pm. I call him and I tell him I leave tomorrow morning at 5 am and I wish he would have told me in advance that he was no longer planning on on picking up my dog from my house. I then sent him the messages of him saying that he was going to be in Florida on the 23rd at 6 am and that he would be dropping off my dog in D.C at 11 pm. This made him blow up to show that he was in the wrong and he started to yell at me over the phone. He said that he doesn’t need to tell me things and keep me updated because I am not his parent, and told me to not speak to him that way. All I kept saying was that I wish he would’ve told me ahead of time. As someone who you are hiring to do a service for you, something as important as driving your dog you’d expect some communication and update if there has been a change of plan. He ended up cancelling even after knowing that I leave to move tomorrow. BE AWARE. Do not book this man at all cost. The price is cheap but there’s a reason for that. I didn’t want to believe all the other bad reviews but now I’m regretting that I didn’t

HIRE HER! You will not be disappointed. Miranda is an absolute angel on earth. She is everything that she advertises and more. She treated our sweet German Shepherd puppy with so much love and kindness during their 9 hour drive. We were kept up to date the whole trip with multiple pictures and texts during pit stops. Her transports get the VIP treatment and she doesn't miss any details. She understands the importance of how delicate young pups are and takes great care in considering where and when she stops - keeping up with important routines and schedules, despite being on the road. Her focus is on your baby and not the clock, making sure that the ride is comfortable and with the least amount of stress possible. Enzo arrived so calm and was not the least bit scared. I would hire her a thousand times over and would recommend her to all of our family and friends. She is an absolute bright light in this world and I am so blessed to have found her.

This was my first time using a pet transport so I was nervous. However, Furbabbies were great about communication and went above and beyond to keep my fur baby safe and loved. Very dedicated , he and his wife even had a few months old baby onboard which is commendable amount of dedication and effort. They met with the breeder and bought all the paperwork and took care of my furbaby throughout the journey. They even had GPS tracking on which put my mind to ease. They had to stay overnight but delivered the puppy early morning to me. They took exceptional care of my puppy. Also had a huge car and the price was very affordable. We had another transporter cancel on us at the last minute. Jose and Gianina came to the rescue!!! They drove non-stop except for animal exercise breaks. The dogs tried to jump back in the truck with Jose and Gianina as they were leaving. They did a wonderful job. The dogs and cats arrived rested and not stressed at all. They sent us updates with pictures of the dogs exercising and resting. They provided a larger cage for the cats (instead of our individual carriers) so all the cats had access to fresh food, water and litter. This was a stressful move for the humans but thanks to Jose and Gianina the pets were not stressed and we are VERY THANKFUL!!!
