Aimee and Ken are the real deal...they did a great...a wonderful job transporting a cat to me...this has to take a lot of patience cause some cats don't shut up...but the little one who is 2 showed up safe and sound and very timely...you never know if the person on the other end is a scammer or not and you have to be so careful, but I paid the fee to Citizen Shipper and paid Ken and Aimee when they arrived...and this could also not have been easy cause it is right before the 4th of July weekend...Thank you both for such a great job!!!

If I could, I would give Steve 100 stars. Originally, I hired movers through another online service provider, and unfortunately they were extremely negligent and left my items in Austin, Texas while I had already moved across the country. When I connected with Steve, he agreed to help me out by driving all the way to Texas, picking up my things from the original movers, and driving all the way to New York City in a few days. He was extremely communicative throughout the entire process while also helping me understand my rights as a mover/shipper. He truly went above and beyond, and I cannot thank him enough for his kindness, selflessness, and hard work. I hope everyone comes across this review so they know to book with Steve. He's the best!

Our experience with Hunter was really good!! Our pups got here right on time and they had so much fun on the way! Hunter took them to dog parks, scenic locations and took such good care of both of them. I highly recommend Hunter if you are looking to have your pups transported from one place to another. Not always good with timeliness. Took 3 hours longer to meet than planned. Very good with puppy updates, pictures/videos, and good animal care. They did not mention that harness from the breeder had been lost, no bed or toy (both which I requested and transport agreed on) had been purchased, or that the toy provided by the breeder had been destroyed by the puppy and subsequently thrown out (I understand tossing it, but I would have bought another had I known). They did give him a spare toy to keep. Overall, not bad, but could use a little more effort in some aspects.

I was super nervous using the citizenshipper service for the first time. Took a little bit of time vetting options and ended up landing on Monica and Randy (Trail Tails). They were easy to communicate with prior to the trip which settled my nerves a bit and they ended up taking very good care of my fur baby, Sol (medium sized lab)! If you're looking for someone to get your four-legged best friend from point A to B, look no further! The lady who drove my dog from Atlanta to Houston was an absolute rockstar. Seriously, she showed up at the crack of dawn (6 am, y'all!) just to make things easy for me. Now that's dedication! Following my pup's road trip was a breeze with the GPS tracking. It was kinda like tracking a pizza delivery, only a million times more exciting. Plus, it was so reassuring to know exactly where my buddy was at any given time. But the real highlight? The potty break videos! Not only did I get regular updates on my doggo's adventure, but I also got to see him have the time of his life during his breaks. You could tell he was being cared for just like I would. And to top it all off, she treated my fur-baby to a puppucino. Now, I don't know about you, but any service that includes doggy Starbucks in their repertoire is a winner in my books! Long story short, my pup got to Houston safe and sound, and he seemed to have the time of his life getting there. Would 100% recommend to all my pet parents out there. Five stars all the way!

If I could give a 0 or better yet a negative I would. I booked Zeno from Frequent Flyer LLC after receiving his bid and agreeing upon pickup date. He pulled a no show and no communication. I attempted to contact him twice through messages asking him to let me know what time to tell the breeder he would arrive to pick up.my puppy to transport him to.me. I also tried calling him. He did not answer, nor did he return my call. He was extremely unprofessional to both me and my breeder as we both were stuck waiting on him only for him to never show up. I also had to wait over a week for a refund of my service fee from citizen shipper.

The Best. Highly recommend this company. They 100 percent came through for me when a previous company failed and was a no show hours before my scheduled flight was to leave. (Don’t ever book with AKnK). M&A is the way to go. You will not be disappointed. They opened Life360 so I was able to check GPS travel locations. My calls were answered and my texts were responded to. They sent me several pictures of my bulldog along the way. English Bulldog arrived happy and safe. Again five stars and beyond.

I received my puppy 2 days after he was picked up. Patrick didn’t let me know he was picked up, I received that info from the breeder. I did not get updates until the end of the day, so I was not sure where my puppy was. Overall, the service was provided as paid for. The only negative is the breeder sent a bottle of wine and paperwork for me - I got the paperwork, but did not get the bottle of wine.

Immaculate communication, he shared his location with us the entire travel, FaceTimed us when picking up our puppy from the breeder, and was always prompt to answer any questions we had. He sent us pictures throughout the travel of our little pup, provided fresh puppy pads for him and even made sure our pup was clean and had a chance to potty before handing him off to us at the airport. June was the best!!! We were very nervous about letting someone drive our pups across the country and we already experienced such a hassle trying to find a way to get them to our new home. She was very patient in answering all the questions we had. she mad sure to be diligent in getting our paperwork sent to us in such a timely manner. once the papers were signed and the deposit was sent, she was on the road 24 hours after. she always kept us up to date with what was going on with our pups and where they were in their travel. She made sure to send us pictures and to feed our pups as needed. Upon drop off, she made sure that she was there at the time she specified from the beginning of travel. After having a horrible experience with a different company (Cali’s Coast to Coast), I was skeptical and felt a bit uneasy about hiring another person to transport my son’s, Miss Kitty cat from Orlando to Denver. The experience was that bad but I needed to get Kitty to Denver and I just didn’t have the time to do it myself. I took a chance on TLC Travels and I am so glad I did. Traci is an amazing person who truly cares for your pet as if they are a part of her family. I realized this when I dropped Kitty off at the airport. She saw that I was nervous and worried so what did she do?? She gave me a big hug and assured me she would get Kitty safely to her destination. She kept in constant communication not only with me, but also my son. She sent pictures and videos and made sure the experience was the best possible for a pet in transport on an airplane. I cannot say enough how thankful I am for Melisa. She called right away after confirming the booking so that I could get to know her. She is so kind and understanding and you can tell she has a passion for dogs. I knew it was meant to be when we found out that we’ve lived in the same two cities. We texted often prior to picking up Sophie to confirm time and detail the trip to Dallas including stops along the way. Melisa met Sophie and soon realized that she’s super sweet under that curly hair and bark. She sent LOTS of pictures and video of their travels and one especially sweet photo of Sophie resting her head on Melisa’s shoulder! I felt like I was there along for the ride! Sophie was definitely loved and well cared for on the trip. When Melisa said she’d arrive the next evening I was shocked! And you guessed it, she arrived on time down to the hour. I will definitely reach out to Melisa for our pet travel needs in the future. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Melisa.
