Luxury transport has been a nightmare to deal with. We booked them over a month ago and they kept delaying. First because of weather and then because of one excuse after another. We are pursuing legal action as we paid them up front 50% as they requested. They have been none responsive and refusing to issue a refund for the $1100. We are now having to get my attorney involved. Stay far away from this transport company. If we get this resolved I will update the post.

Nesta was a very responsible, caring and attentive individual both to me and my Daisy cat. She shared information regarding her status location along with pictures every few hours. She takes her job seriously but she’s pleasant and friendly and that’s the extra or ‘icing on the cake ‘. It’s important I felt at ease and comfortable but with her communication and pictures, I knew my Daisy cat was both safe, comfortable and tended to well. I was completely over the moon with the treatment that Yolanda gave my Nahly. You can tell right off the bat that she is an animal lover. Not to mention that my Nahla jumped right into her SUV as soon as my sister put her bed and it (that’s a sign of trust, at least from my Nahla). Yolanda kept me informed and up to date on the progress of the trip and face timed me frequently (I requested that she do so) so that could see her (she seemed very relaxed and happy). She delivered my beloved pet in less than 48 hours, incurring all the necessary stops for her to relieve herself, to feed her and to allow her to stretch her legs by walking her with no reservations. AMAZING! My Gracie girl made it home safely and she had a blast on the trip. Jazzy made sure she was totally comfy and not just with the bare minimum, she had a huge crate and a comfy plush little rug and she had the entire space to ride down with no other animals. She was walked, watered, taken to the bathroom regularly and was so excited to come home! I was given tons of regular updates including the travel itinerary and photos and videos of my girl! We highly recommend these amazing transporters. If you're looking for someone to take your pet across the country, look no further. You've found them. We'd send Dash with Amanda and Hezee anytime. Flying our large, 8 yr old dog from New Zealand to LA was causing us a lot of stress. We knew he wasn't going to enjoy the trans-pacific flight (his first) and were very concerned about making him take a second flight across the country to New York before he'd even recovered from the first one. Dash loves road trips so we looked into alternatives and found Amanda and Hezee on CitizenShipper.com. Their reviews looked great and they were a lot cheaper than the airlines. We loved the idea that Dash would be looked after by real people while in transit. Our expectations were exceeded by miles. Watching video of a shaky Dash coming out of his travel crate at LAX into Amanda's gentle hands completely validated our choice. We got several videos within the first few hours as Amanda and Hezee helped Dash cope with his post-flight stress. We could see that he was in kind, caring hands right from the start. Every day we got multiple videos showing him interacting with them and the other three dogs they were transporting. It's clear that they are experts at handling multiple animals at a time. They shared their location via their phone so we could track exactly where they were at any time and sent us videos of them all in the pet-friendly hotels they stayed at overnight, where the dogs spent the night in the rooms with them, just like family. This was a very bad experience, poor communication and we went with this company because of the pick up and drop off time frame they offer which is not actual. I was never contacted of the driver having issues with truck on the day schedule for pick up until I reached out to follow up on it. I needed this job done asap and loss 1 week of time dealing with this company. Very unprofessional.
