We recently had the pleasure of welcoming a new addition to our family, a precious puppy named Stella, and I must say that our delivery experience was nothing short of exceptional. The kind gentleman Ron, who facilitated the delivery went above and beyond to ensure that our journey with Stella began on a truly positive note. From the moment he arrived, it was evident that he had a genuine affection for animals. His warm demeanor and gentle approach immediately put both Stella and us at ease. It was truly heartwarming to witness the bond he effortlessly formed with our little furball. Not only was Ron, great with Stella, but he also went the extra mile in keeping us informed and reassured throughout the entire process. He regularly provided updates on their progress, even sending us adorable pictures of Stella during their journey. These thoughtful gestures not only eased any concerns we had but also made us feel like we were a part of Stella's adventure from the very beginning. Working with Ron was an absolute delight. His professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail were commendable. He made sure that all necessary arrangements were in place, ensuring that Stella arrived safely and in the best possible condition. His passion for his job was evident in every interaction, and it was truly a pleasure to witness his dedication firsthand. We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to Ron for making our puppy delivery experience an unforgettable one. His exceptional service and genuine care for Stella and our family made a lasting impression. We highly recommend him to anyone in need of a kind and reliable delivery professional. In conclusion, Ron's outstanding service, combined with his genuine love for animals and attention to detail, made our puppy delivery experience truly remarkable. Yolanda kept me informed and up to date on the progress of the trip and face timed me frequently (I requested that she do so) so that could see her (she seemed very relaxed and happy). She delivered my beloved pet in less than 48 hours, incurring all the necessary stops for her to relieve herself, to feed her and to allow her to stretch her legs by walking her with no reservations. I recently had the pleasure of utilizing Angela's dog transportation service (Puppy Love Relocating) to move my two large winter dogs, a Siberian Husky and a Samoyed, from California to Texas in about 1.5 days. From start to finish, Angela's professionalism and care were evident, making the entire experience stress-free and worry-free. Booking Process and Communication: Booking with Angela was a breeze. The process was seamless, and she made it easy to arrange the transportation. Based in Arizona, Angela operates nationwide. She asked for specific instructions regarding my dogs' feeding schedule, any concerns, and important details to be aware of. Her attention to detail and open communication helped me feel confident in her service. Timely and Reassuring Updates: Angela provided exceptional communication throughout the journey. She gave me a two-hour notice before arrival, keeping me informed and prepared. Upon reaching my location, she promptly contacted me to let me know she had arrived. Meeting Angela and her co-driver assured me that my dogs were in capable hands. Safe and Comfortable Transport: Angela's van, as seen in her positive reviews, was well-suited for transporting pets. It easily accommodated my two large dogs as they were placed inside kennels. She ensured their comfort with ample space and provided regular potty breaks in enclosed parks along the way. The multiple photos she sent during the trip reassured me that my pets were doing well and receiving proper care. Reliability and Professionalism: Angela's reliability was exceptional. She adhered to the estimated timeline and arrived on schedule for both pickup and drop-off. Her professionalism and expertise in handling dogs were evident throughout the journey. I felt confident in her ability to ensure my pets' safety and well-being. I highly recommend Angela's dog transportation service for anyone seeking reliable, caring, and professional assistance in moving their beloved pets. From the seamless booking process to the attentive care provided during the journey, Angela's commitment to excellence was outstanding. My dogs enjoyed their long trip from California to Texas, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Thank you, Angela (PLR), for your exceptional care and reliable transportation service. We highly recommend these amazing transporters. If you're looking for someone to take your pet across the country, look no further. You've found them. We'd send Dash with Amanda and Hezee anytime. Flying our large, 8 yr old dog from New Zealand to LA was causing us a lot of stress. We knew he wasn't going to enjoy the trans-pacific flight (his first) and were very concerned about making him take a second flight across the country to New York before he'd even recovered from the first one. Dash loves road trips so we looked into alternatives and found Amanda and Hezee on CitizenShipper.com. Their reviews looked great and they were a lot cheaper than the airlines. We loved the idea that Dash would be looked after by real people while in transit. Our expectations were exceeded by miles. Watching video of a shaky Dash coming out of his travel crate at LAX into Amanda's gentle hands completely validated our choice. We got several videos within the first few hours as Amanda and Hezee helped Dash cope with his post-flight stress. We could see that he was in kind, caring hands right from the start. Every day we got multiple videos showing him interacting with them and the other three dogs they were transporting. It's clear that they are experts at handling multiple animals at a time. They shared their location via their phone so we could track exactly where they were at any time and sent us videos of them all in the pet-friendly hotels they stayed at overnight, where the dogs spent the night in the rooms with them, just like family. Amanda & Hezee - thank you! You guys rock.
