I was, of course, very nervous about having strangers transport our dog from Kansas to New York but they were very kind, patient and communicative throughout the trip. Derek was great! He transported our dog with his son from North Carolina to NY. She was very scared and anxious but kept me up to date with her status and pictures. He communicated very well which help put me at ease. He dropped her off about 8 hours earlier since she was stressed and wanted her to get to her new home as soon as possible. Booked for a cross country trip. Was really impressed by her responses and prices. She required a $500 deposit which I sent her. A month before the trip she stopped responding to me for about a week when I was trying to confirm the details. She later answered and said she had been sick and apologized. I was very understanding and told her it wasn't a problem but asked if she'd still be doing the trip. She told me she wouldn't be able to. I was a bit panicked because it was so soon before my move but thankfully I found a backup. I asked Rachel for my $500 deposit back and she told me she'd send it within a week or two. That was over a month ago and she's been ghosting me ever since. Would not recommend, I'm very upset because that's a lot of money she's just keeping for a service SHE canceled. I completely understand being sick and not being able to do the service, but if you're the one cancelling then send people their money back. I just moved from AZ to NH and that $500 goes a long way when you're starting over. Really upset by this situation.

I was so happy when I found this type of service online. I was moving from Idaho to California and I had 2 cats and 2 dogs. Becca gave me a good bid and she seemed to have a good amount of experience and a good rating. I had everything set up a few weeks in advance because I wanted to have the peace of mind with moving and all I wasnt going to have to stress about all my pets. I texted her a week before the move and just clarified she was for sure coming and told her I had no back up plan if she flaked out on me. She assured me my pets were in good hands and she would be there. Not even 24 hours before she was supposed to pick them up, it was late afternoon early evening the night before, she texts me and says she is having car problems and has to cancel. I was beyond frustrated! Imagine all the normal stresses that come with moving out of state and then to find out the night before you have to figure out how to get four animals there too! She did give me my deposit back right away which I was thankful for. I get that you can’t help if you have car problems but she should have figured out another way to make things right or at least set me up with another driver

T&T are awesome! I was a nervous wreck with my dog flying from China to Chicago and they were so kind and patient with me. They picked him up from O’Hare and drove him to my family in Indiana. They took amazing care of my dog and showed him lots of love. They also kept me in the loop the whole way and sent lots of pictures. They knew I was nervous and did everything to reassure me that my dog would be fine. And, he was. Thank you Travis and Theresa! I highly recommend them!

He was unable to provide insurance information despite several requests prior to transport. He was booked nearly a week prior to scheduled pickup, but delayed pickup by several days to "have his truck serviced". Once we actually were able to get a date solidified, he was asked to provide insurance information one last time the morning of the pickup but was unable to produce documentation. I was forced to cancel at the last hour and was forced to repost the shipment for new bids, which delayed pickup for nearly a week more.

Multiple last minute delays (day of the pick up) despite of 3-month advance scheduling. Even refused to return my deposit after 8 days of hanging me out to dry, blaming me for cancellation when the cancellation itself was due to his inability to meet agreed schedule and scope of work. I cannot express how appreciative I am to HB Transit. I have shipped vehicles many times, and this was such a pleasant experience from start to finish, so thank you!! Normally, the shipping process is such a headache, but HB Transit will 100% relieve any stress you may have. I received a call almost immediately after booking to tell me a driver was found. However, the driver had tire damage en route to pick up my truck. HB Transit inevitably found me another driver quickly. This driver/dispatch department was extremely communicative which I was very happy about. The driver even had his read receipts on so I could see when he was able to view my message, which he then responded promptly. All in all, HBT followed up with me consistently, providing me with updates, found a professional handler to take care of my property, and did this with an affordable rate!! I had a great experience with Matt of DoubleMTransports, who drove my 4-1/2 month old Pomeranian puppy, Tess, from Georgia to Pennsylvania this past Sunday and Monday. Matt is the utmost professional who really loves dogs and treated my Tess so well, including calling and texting me about Tess, reporting his progress on the trip, and sending me several really cute videos of him playing with Tess. I am so grateful to have Matt as the transporter of my wonderful, little puppy. I highly recommend Matt to anyone who wishes to transport their pet with a wonderful person in a very safe manner.
