I recently entrusted the transportation of my beloved ESA pet rabbit from NYC to Winston-Salem (~9 hours) to Steve B and could not be more satisfied with the outstanding services provided! The journey was executed flawlessly, ensuring the safety of my bunny and relieving me of a lot of stress. I have used this app three times with different drivers, but I was pretty nervous after enduring many difficulties in the past(ex: being days late to pick up/drop off, forcing me to cancel flights, spending more money, etc.) However, from the moment I contacted Steve, he demonstrated not only a genuine understanding of the delicate nature of transporting a pet/ESA, but also a level of professionalism that has been unmatched on this app. When the day of the journey arrived, Steve was there early and patiently waiting for me! He took the time to familiarize himself with the bunny while talking me through some logistics, etc., including essential communications. He showed great compassion and a nurturing demeanor toward her. I could tell from this encounter that she was much calmer, and it was evident to me that Steve was genuinely concerned about her well-being. He gave her treats, water, food, and loving pets the whole trip. He also offered to walk her, but I declined as she bites whoever is holding the leash! Throughout the Journey, Steve was communicative by providing updates and, again, incredibly punctual and reliable. Upon arrival, the bunny was in good spirits, showing little to no signs of discomfort or distress. She hates cars and people, so this reaction was an unexpected but delightful surprise. Steve provided a comprehensive handover, assisting me in carrying her bags in, and even generously offered to watch her for an extra ten minutes while I was retrieving my room key. Despite Steve’s long and tiresome trek, he ensured her safety yet again. In summary, I wholeheartedly recommend using Steve’s service to ANYONE in need of pet transportation. He exceeded all expectations, displaying an unwavering commitment to the welfare and happiness of my little bunny. His professionalism, expertise, and genuine care made this journey stress-free for me and my pet/ESA. This was my first time using citizenshipper and transporting a dog, but Derek made it a breeze! I had an underweight Malinois that needed transported, and he didn’t assume the situation at all like many others did which I was very thankful for. He offered an amazing quote, and even fit me back in his schedule after I canceled previously due to personal reasons! Many photo & ETA updates were provided throughout their drive! My dog ended up having an accident in the van, but Derek wasn’t even upset. They bought him a collar, food, and a toy as well. I would recomend Jason to transpoirt your pet. He brought my very small Shih Tzu puppy from Florida to me in Pennslyvania. He would send updates with pictures of how my little puppy was doing. Incredible. Thomas had to be (not to be hyperbolic) the best possible person to transport a family dog from Denver back to its home in Chicago. He was communicative, professional, on time, and most importantly, reliable. Truly a man of his word. Our dog is very skiddish and doesn’t open up/trust anyone other than family. From the second Thom met our dog, there was an immediate bond and an outpouring of affection both ways. As cheesy and cliche as this is, it was meant to be for Thom to provide the most honest bid and happen to be moving along the same route of our drop off. If Thom’s even marginally more than your lowest offer you’re comfortable with, I’d recommend whatever price Thom provides a bid at because of the peace of mind you’ll have with your pup in his care. I booked Jered to ship my boat from Virginia to Reno Nevada. We agreed on a price and date of pickup/delivery. I didn’t hear anything from Jered until the day of pickup when he informed me that his truck had apparently broken down and was in the shop. I was understating and told him i would wait until it was fixed. He informed me it would be Friday the 19th, 5 days after the original pick up date of May 15th and that he would have the boat picked up by Sunday the 21st. I told him that was great. He then ghosted me and i never heard from him again. Wouldn’t return phone calls or texts. I am now stuck trying to find someone to transport the boat out to me and going through the headache of getting my money back. I am writing this in hopes that people do not trust this man with their deliveries and suffer what i am currently going through.

I am writing this review four months later. My dog came back from this transport with pneumonia. As soon as the back door was open to let my dog out he was coughing and it took a month and several visits to the vet before he was well again. She kept me constantly updated and sent me pictures to let me know my boy was doing just fine! I was extremely skeptical of using a flight nanny to pick up a puppy I bought from someone on the opposite side of the country. I asked Rox a ton of questions and he always answered quickly and politely despite me frankly grilling him on everything. Eventually, he earned my trust and we set a time and date for pickup at the airport from the person I bought the puppy from. He quickly arranged everything necessary on his side including having a carrier ready (for an extra fee) to transport our new puppy safely according to airline protocol. The next day, he sent updates and arrived early to the airport. He even was willing to do a video call for the handoff with the seller so I could make sure it happened. Once our puppy was with him he sent lots of photos and upates as well as another video call once he rented a car and drove over 2 hours to our door. We are so incredibly greateful for Rox's patience and care in being an outstanding person and incredibly professional, compassionate flight nanny to our new puppy. You will not be dissapointed if you choose Rox for this very important job. 6 + STARS
