My sweet pit bull, Daisy , ended up being hospitalized after this cross country trip because she was so stressed. This isn’t anything that Em did; it is just Daisy’s personality. Although it was very stressful for her, Em kept me posted every step of the way. She even brought Daisy to me 2 days earlier than expected to get her to me because of the worry from her changing bowel movements. Em is a very compassionate lady who loves her animals that she transports. I would use her again, but now that I know how hard it was on my dog, we won’t be traveling hopefully again. Hard trip for sure, but I’m so thankful it was Em that took her. Thank you!!!

Amazing people and amazing service. They picked up my 2 dogs from GA and transported them to CA. The original drop off was in Las Vegas. I told them I live about 2 and a half hours away so they offered to drop them off at a closer town to where I live. They sent me pictures throughout the travel which is very reassuring. They stop at dog parks along the way and did not rush to get to destination, which shows great care for the safety and comfort of the pets. I will not hesitate to book them again!

Kerry was a dream to work with. Her attentiveness and communication were on point from the beginning, keeping me up to date on bookings and how this process would work. I needed her transportation services to get my dog to our new home across the country. I spoke to our vet about a cross-country transport with pet movers or flying, and while my dog would've been less anxious in a car, she would've been traveling with strangers for days in unfamiliar surroundings, so he said if there was any way possible to fly with her in the cabin, that would be the way to go. I nearly jumped when I saw Kerry's bid because I'd given up on figuring out a way to fly with my dog and couldn't take off enough work to drive. The cost and lack of awareness that a service like this existed, I was nervous, but it was on par with bids I got for cross-country drives anyways. Plus I'm pretty hands-on with my 2.5 year old pup as we continue to work on training. For my peace of mind, I decided I would join them on the trip and see for myself how it works because my golden can be a handful at times. In the month leading up to our travel date, Kerry gave tips and checked in when I asked what training I should work with her on for a smooth process. She was patient with her in the airport and on the plane, unphased by her excitement and occasional pulling en route to the gate. My dog surprised me being extremely calm and just keeping par with Kerry's energy throughout the flight as she lie on the floor between us. Flight attendants complimented her throughout the flight, and a passenger across the aisle stopped by to tell me she was very well behaved on his way out of the plane. It was a 4.5 hour flight or so, and I was baffled with what to do with myself because I didn't plan on having the liberty to watch a movie and actually relax, but that's what I was able to do. Not to mention Kerry's patience with my curiosity and nervousness about making this work. When my dog got nervous for landing, Kerry was already prepared and gave a heads up so I could follow her lead on what to do. I'm so grateful for her services, and that I was able to get my dog to our new home in a comfortable manner with the lowest time of transport. We saw a vet the next day to get paperwork for a local daycare and she was shocked that my dog had been on her first flight the day before because she was as happy and energetic as ever. I've been raving to friends and family about how well this process went to get my dog here, and if I need to fly with her again, I'll be reaching out to Kerry without hesitation.

These folks really put in the work to make it happen, and to keep everyone comfortable and happy! We needed our dogs and cat transported, and they gave us a fair bid, and made us feel comfortable with their services, based on taking the time to chat with and get to know us, our animals, and how best to meet our needs. Then, when we needed to switch plans a bit, and ALSO ship our car with them, they gave us a fair price, and adjusted the plan on the fly. Right from pick up she communicated with me her ETA, and an idea of what her route would look like as I was provided her GPS location so I could have continuous access to updates on where she was in the trip. Not only was I provided pictures and videos throughout the trip, but she made sure to keep track of how often or not my little one was going potty, because some pups become constipated during a trip. To prevent this, she offered me to give her a natural gut health treat to make sure she stayed regular since she hadn’t pooed all day. Just a little while later my baby was able to become regular again with no belly ache for the trip. We are so pleased with Anton’s service. He not only communicated with me on pick up and drop off times, he also coordinated with our breeder. Anton sent photos of our pet at rest stops including their overnight stay. Our pug made it here safe and sound from IL to FL, Anton picked her up Thursday and got her to us Friday afternoon with enough time to enjoy her presence. The price seemed high at first but if you think about it car maintenance, gas, labor, hotel stay if any, you have to think about the distance too. He drove almost 1300 miles. The trip is from Pittsburgh to Chicago over 1000 miles while the rider woke up very early and drove hours from New Jersey to Pittsburgh to match with our expected pickup time. He clearly put much effort and caring into the business with a big bag full of cat foods, such as cans and water and two cleaned bowls. He is a nice person with great responsibility. He offered my kitten water and a large cat bag to stay inside the car which makes my cat comfortable during the long trip. In addition, the rider shared travel details such as a tracking link to us through text messages and also the photos and short videos from time to time to ensure us the cat is safe and comfortable. Generally, five out of five stars and no area to complain. All the procedure and details moved smoothly and worked perfectly.

Transporting my dog to the US was tricky (International shipping from a rabies country) and was made trickier by the fact that her final destination (CO) did not have a CDC-approved airport + she was not traveling with us. I had many bids for my dog's transportation, and Pets Portal was reasonably priced and looked like the company had a lot of experience in the pet transport business. It also helped that Jeffrey was very proactive in his messages to me. He advised us on the right paperwork for international relocation to the US (something which my India side pet transporters were clueless about) without which she would not have been allowed to exit the US airport. Long story short, he managed the whole show with minimal stress to us back in India- the whole customs at DFW (quite a work!), gave us regular updates (chats, pics, videos), drove through bad weather, and got her showered before dropping her home. He even got a cute bandana made for Kamla, welcoming her and her family to the US. The best thing, in my opinion? When Jeffrey dropped her home and left, my dog actually sat at the door and whimpered for him to come back. That is the kind of care and love no money can buy. And if that comes with professional work...nothing can get better than that! Thank you PetPortals / Jeffrey & Team for not just transporting my darling to the US but giving her so much love and care! P.S. As ours was an international translocation, PP had to do a lot of additional paperwork in the US, so don't be surprised if the final billing is higher than the quoted bid amount which is just for the transportation part.

When he finally responded to my almost 100 texts he said he had a flat tire in Canada that put him behind a couple of days. Then he said he was going pickup on the 17th and Never Showed Up. Then he said he was going to Pickup on the 18th between 10:00 and 11:00 and Never Showed Up. He claimed he was hit in the rear end an hour away from me on the 17th and texted me a bogus picture of a truck that had been damaged. I called him 20 plus times on what is supposed to be his cell phone but never any answer and I couldn't leave a Voice Mail because his Mail Box was Full. I called him on what is supposed to be his office phone with the same results. He said I had to pay him 1/2 down to hold the date of the 15th which I did and I'm still trying to get my money back. I also want a refund from Citizenshipper for the fee I paid. This guy is a Crap Scammer and clearly Citizenshipper doesn't do a very good job vetting the drivers that use this service. This guy is Crap, Citizenshipper is Crap! Don't use either of them!

Terry was PHENOMENAL. I was so nervous to send my puppy across the country, but Terry made it a pleasant and comfortable experience for me and my dog. He sent me updates multiple times throughout the day including his location, pics, and videos of my pup. As an anxious dog mom, that helped tremendously. It only took Terry a few days to get from Cali to Georgia. My dog was at ease with him which was so important to me. My dog was a black lab and he is a bit aggressive since he’s a rescue but they were able to accommodate him and he warmed up to them surprisingly quick. They gave timely updates on him and the gps worked great and overall this was a pleasure experience. I would recommend them and if I have to ship my pup again they will be the first I go to.
