Leanne is amazing. She is very prompt and courteous. I felt very secure with our dog with her upon meeting her. She made record time in getting her across the country and sent us GPS tracking and fun pictures all along the way. I don’t know how she does it. The delivery went really well. I was just scammed recently so I was a little worried but she had background checked, insurance, etc., and she was prompt in answering my questions before I picked her. The turnaround time was very short but she made the trip at a reasonable price. She did not charge extra even though I had 2 puppies on the trip. Once I gave her the breeders contact, she made the time arrangements to pick up. And she gave periodic updates during the travel. Would definitely recommend her and would use her again. My mom was so happy!! Thank you for making our day!

Anton was amazing!! I had a driver cancel on me the day of scheduled pick up and Anton messaged me that he could pick my puppy up that same day. He was a life saver. He was very communicative on ETA and traffic and sent me pictures of my puppy throughout the drive (eating, playing, sleeping, etc.) I would 100% recommend using his service!!

I was worried at first because I've never had to ship a dog anywhere; However, upon arrival the driver was very polite and welcoming. He handled my pup with great care when putting him in the van. The other dogs themselves looked comfortable and calm none of them looked razzle or scared which really put me at ease. The trip was suppose to take around 7 days but they arrived in 4! I was regularly updated when my pup was taken out for walks and fed without even asking which really helped ease the stress and worry. My pup was very well taken care of and on arrival was in the exact condition from when he left. I would recommend this service to anyone who's looking to transport their pet with the comfort of knowing your pet will be well cared for no matter where they're going. My trip was from NY to Las Vegas and my pup was fine throughout the entire ordeal. I really appreciate you guys and all you do thank you!

I was on a plane to my destination and could not be contacted. Nathan noticed that my dog was not feeling well. He made a decision to take him to an animal hospital, which I am very thankful for. My dog got IV fluids related to an underlying condition and was well enough to make it home. Nathan is attentive and has enough experience to know how to truly care for dogs. I recommend him and will use his services again. Thank you Nathan!

Precious Cargo received safely. These people work extremely hard & long hours to achieve their tasks at hand. I literally watched them drive from around 6am to finally getting to me just before midnight to drop off my cane corso puppy. Very happy with the service. I do suggest the VIP if you're not trying to have your animal have multiple stops along the way !

WARNING!!! This company is a FRAUD and they stole money from me. I have been scammed by the person "Chris Lee Transport LLC" who clamied this job. They specifically made me send 40% of the money via paypal for "Friends and Family" becasue they stated that they needed the cash upfront - for the trip. I was ok with this at first. But NOW I realize that they just didnt want me to be able to get it back from PayPal. Once I gave them cash up front they delayed the trip and started asking me for "more money" due to issues with their bank account. I stated that I wouldn't send any more money and told them I'm reporting them for fraud. They are using this website to "steal" money from people. They have a whatsapp account that got shut down while communicating with me. Once I refused to keep sending them more money, they stated they got the gas ect. that they needed. But now I dont trust them to pick up my dog. If they do - I am afraid that they will hold him for ransom.

Nesta was great, very caring, and I felt I could trust her with our dog. She had some delays picking him up, but that was due to her needing to take another dog she was transporting to the emergency vet, which to me showed that she is very careful and doesn't take risks with the pets she is caring for. She delivered Pepito safe and sound to his new family and we are very grateful!

I know that Kota hasn’t even been delivered yet, ( about 2.5 hours away on a journey of about 1200 miles accompanied by a tweety bird and a Garfield the cat) but I’m 5 starring this service and JB’s service as well. Kara the transporter has been wonderful and communicates as often as she’s able to. We LOVE that there is this service to ship a pet or item by car. Our sons dog is precious to him. Kota was a rescue dog and although brilliant, sweet, affectionate and submissive, she’s had some bad experiences including being hit in the head by a flying bumper from an accident next to where she was walking. She’s being shipped down to her indefinite home with us because our son is having some temporary work and health issues. They’ve been inseparable from day 1. Thank you JB TRANSPORT services for your help and efficiency, care and staying in touch Enroute. We can’t thank you enough.

We were very satisfied Susan and her family's team from Bean Express Delivery were wonderful from beginning to end to our new puppy 11 weeks old 25 pounds. Loki traveled from Orlando, Florida to Rockland County New York mostly on their lap, being cuddled and cared for. Response times were satisfactory. We got pictures and short videos as requested and the puppy clearly was happy to be with them as he didn't even want to let go when they arrived and was happy, active doing well. They traveled in 2 days of unrelenting rain, and even got pictures of puppy being walked under an umbrella in the rain very difficult circumstances but they provided great care and love. They were great and answered about location and estimated arrival times whenever they were asked. I would not hesitate to use them again thank you so much Susan and all at the family of Bean express delivery Ileana 5/1/23.

I would want the next person to make sure they PINPOINT the day they will arrive. I never received a straight answer after many requests. I finally received an answer the day of the pickup and were planning to arrive to me between 9:00pm and 10:00 pm the following evening. That to me was a bit late and efforts were made to arrive 2 hours earlier. The second day of their journey I heard nothing until I reached out to them in the afternoon. The communication was not as good or precise as I was hoping for. The evening the puppy arrived, he was drooling and looked sick. I was handed the puppy and he asked for his money and left abruptly after letting me know how hungry he was. I didn’t accept the lowest bid when it came time to book someone, I based it on their profile. I am sorry to say I would not hire this person or so called “team” again. 😿

this was our first time looking into using a pet transportation service. we didn’t know what to expect but we were beyond thrilled with how it went with Chris. he is super responsive. he made sure to go above and beyond to make sure we felt assured and secure about the whole thing. he has other really good reviews too. jerry got vip treatment and chris got him here so quick, quicker than we would’ve anticipated which was amazing. jerry was clean and happy when he arrived his crate was in good condition, too. chris made sure to send me updated photos and we were able to see live GPS location as they traveled. Obviously it may not be the cheapest price in the world but it is worth it. The lower prices mean that your pet isn’t cared for nicely, (in my opinion that’s what i gathered.) anyways, i can’t say enough good things about this service and if you’re deciding who to book with just go ahead and book with him. super nice guy. thanks chris!!!!!

I absolutely LOVE Ms. Gina and her team. I’m a service member that was away for training and I needed to transport my puppy. Ms. Gina took the time to rescue my puppy from the kill shelter and found him a foster family until he was ready to be sent to my sisters. She was easy to reach at anytime.
