I paid her just under $300, that’s 60% of her bid. Plus another $75 for hotel fee in bad weather. My dog was not picked up, due to weather. Instead she went off to do other jobs, promising to return for my dog. She never returned. The person that was boarding the dog until Miss B would pick him for transport, held him for a month past the pick up date until finally losing faith and gave him away. Miss B kept my money, only refunding the extra $75. I filled a claim with PayPal, but Miss B talked me into canceling it, saying she couldn’t continue to do business without PayPal ( they froze her account). Once I did, I never heard from her again about my money. Citizen Shipper agreed that I should be refunded. They refunded the $110 I’d paid them. But Miss B ripped me off.

This was our first experience with Citizen Shipper, so we were exceedingly cautious about the process. We were concerned about being scammed, and Mike’s offer was a little too good to be true, both in price and in how quickly he could pick up and deliver our puppy. We researched him thoroughly and asked direct questions which might have offended others. He answered each one honestly and with utmost grace. We took the leap of faith and accepted his bid. Boy, are we ever thankful that we did!! Mike has three policies that gave us peace of mind. First, he accepts payment on delivery. Second, he uses a tracking app so that we could watch his progress across the country. (This also helped to build the anticipation and excitement on our end!) And third, he sends video updates several times each day, which was reassuring to see how everyone was faring. These aren’t the only reasons we recommend Mike over all others, however. He has an easy-going personality and a genuine heart. When he arrived to pick up our 13-week-old Newfoundland puppy from my cousin, she asked if he would be willing to bring along a few extra travelers for the 2000-mile journey—3 baby Nigerian Dwarf goats and 2 canaries! It was not our intention to turn his car into a traveling petting zoo, but my cousin wanted to bless us and Mike was 100% willing to play ball. He has a spirit of adventure and a heart of gold! We cannot praise Mike highly enough. HE IS A REAL PERSON, and the world needs more people like him. Thank you so much, Mike!!!! God bless you!!!

These people are truly amazing! My brother, a 20-year Air Force veteran, suddenly passed due to a medical condition. I needed to transport his two cats from TX to FL. I was skeptical about using a transport company because I had never used one before. Susan, whom I set up the transport with, was genuinely sympathetic and amazing in making me feel at ease. I had the pleasure of meeting her husband, Steve, who picked up the cats, and right away, I felt at ease seeing exactly how the cats would be transported. He shared his location with me immediately. His daughter Kelsey, who was also assigned to transport the cats, shared her location with me. She was terrific in sending my updates and pictures of the cats and answering me when I would reach out. Susan was also excellent with checking in. These people do it for the love of animals, and it indeed showed. When they arrived at my mother's house, she stated the cats looked calm, relaxed, and healthy, and she, too, saw how wonderful this family was through their interaction. Tatiana was wonderful and I highly recommend her! My mom recently died unexpectedly in California (I live in North Carolina). I needed to get her cats here sooner than later, and Tatiana came through for us at a very difficult time. The cost was comparable to some of the higher -priced (more certifications, more reviews, etc) ground transportation options. She has all the certifications and reviews I was looking for, she made it clear what was required of us and when, she sent us photos and updates upon boarding, and again after her layover. The reports as to how the cats were doing and the photos were very comforting. They traveled in the cabin with her, and I really feel after losing their caretaker and home, this was much less traumatic than traveling by car with many other pets for 5+ days. Also easier for my sister who put them in carriers and delivered them to Tatiana, and for me who picked them up at the airport here, because we knew exactly when they were leaving and when they were arriving. I can't thank Tatiana enough and while I hope to never have to do this again, I am very glad to have this option and happy to recommend her to others.
