Kira provides a very reasonably priced service. She does this by taking a group of pets in her van for multiple customers along the route. This leads to savings to the customer. So this is the best way to go for economy. She provided updates with pictures of our dog every day or two. Due to working around multiple customer schedules one thing to bear in mind is your trip may take a few days longer so her service is best for someone that is flexible and can work with her on the pickup and delivery dates. Our dog made it safely. She had some delays that we didn’t expect but for the price we were willing to be flexible and it all worked out in the end. She will get back to you but she usually only texts when not driving or resting.

I was really nervous about my dog being transported as I was inheriting her after the passing of a family member, but in the two weeks I had been searching I had not found anyone whose profile is as personal or professional as Dereks. A lot people say they will treat your dog like family but don’t show you how they treat family. Derek shows how much he cares. My Valentina was happy the whole car ride from Florida to Rhode Island and Derek really eased my concerns. He was kind enough to keep her calm the whole way through with blankets and toys and treats. He sent us pictures and gps locations and she clearly really loved being with him. He was a real life saver. If you’re wondering about booking with him just know that I don’t think you can find anyone better.

They were very friendly and we paid them the $100 deposit. Our dog got very sick and we had to cancel, we did so 5 days prior to the scheduled pickup time. We did not get our deposit refunded. I am not sure if this is typical as that was a considerable amount of time for them to take another run. Just be aware that once you schedule a driver, it is very hard to get a refund of deposits paid to drivers and fees paid to Citizenship. Lesson learned. As I stated in the beginning, the driver was very friendly, responsive and respectful, even when we had to cancel, they even offered to reschedule at a later date.

Sharon was phenomonal. Couldnt have asked for a better person to transport my dog. It was a long commute and she was very communicative the entire time! This is my first ever transport. And Arina @ The Great Dane Fam made my first experience great. She was very good at communicating from booking the trip to dropping my fur baby off. Had GPS location of him the entire time. Got the updated pictures every time few hours for potty break. Overall 10/10 for the entire process. Seriously using them again if I need future transport. And I would highly recommend if you have a large breed. They’re not scared of big dogs lol. Thanks again Arina.

Michelle was the most kind and amazing pet transporter I have ever had the pleasure of working with. As a military family we move alot and our pet's health is one of our top priorities during such a stressful time. Anton was exactly what I had hoped for when getting my puppy delivered. He was professional, answered questions when I asked him and kept me updated every step of the way he had to transport my dog from North Carolina to Bonita Springs Florida. It was a 15 hour trip. He made sure he sent me pictures when he did potty stops, and I had a GPS to follow every where the dog was during its ride, it was a great relief. In addition I had a very specific window on my puppy had to be picked up on a specific date. Anton was the only one who was willing to do that for me. Alex was absolutely, hands down the best thing that has happened to me in this entire journey of bringing a new fur baby into my home. He was attentive, caring, easy to talk to & easy to work with. I was very apprehensive with trusting anyone I didn’t personally know with my newly acquired full breed Biewer Terrier puppy; she cost me an arm, leg & a kidney to acquire because this is a very expensive breed & she comes from a championship bloodline. I didn’t want to make the mistake of paying someone to pick her up from thr Breeder & I never see her again. But, Alex reassured me, he provided me with insurance information and a GPS link where I could track his movements with my fur baby. Alex remained in communication with me the entire time and he got my fur baby to me ahead of schedule. It was a seamless transition and the affordablility was icing on the cake. I’m looking forward to starting my own breeding business and I plan on using Alex’s services exclusively when I do!! I recommend him hands down, please support Alex’s business at all costs!! I decided to do this review because of EXISTING reviews super similar to my experience with LV Pet Transportation. I would not contact LV Pet Transportation again nor recommend it. At first, he was in constant communication about what he needed for my pet's transportation and changed his mind later. I first purchased a soft crate and harness regarding his recommendation and then he called later saying he would not need it because he now had space available in his car. Then, I had to buy a pillow bed for my pet for the transportation and right before my pet's travel he cancelled due to being in an accident and having broken bones. He said he would no longer be available and did not know till when he would, which is totally understandable but reading previous reviews seems like that frequently happens to him. It could be true but after reading other reviews seems more like a cover up. I only received a text message from him and I was out a few hundred bucks, no refund through the app, and most importantly not having my beloved boy with me. The trip being cancelled caused tremendous anxiety for me and having to go through the whole process again and delaying my pet's arrival to our new home for much longer than it had to be.
