Not satisfied at all. It has been more than a month and I haven't had my trailer picked up. I've paid the citizen shipper fee plus the deposit. I've reached out to them on several occasions and while they've previously been quick to reply saying they are working with scheduling, they do not provide any communication on their own and haven't responded to my message today. It does not appear that they have any intention on fulfilling the order.

Me and my wife were extremely satisfied with the entire experience working with Galen from Flying Cats & Dogs. At first we were reluctant because there was no reviews to base our decision off of, but he offered a very competitive quote and was quick to respond to all the questions we had. This was our first time ever having an animal shipped to us so we did ask him for other forms of references and he kindly obliged. We took the leap and never looked back. He coordinated wonderfully with the breeder and us every step of the way. He was well experienced and knowledgeable regarding the regulatory details of flight requirements and necessary paperwork. Thanks to him, we weren't in the dark about anything. Pick up was made on time, and he provided not only timely updates throughout the entire trip but also provided pictures and real-time GPS updates of flight progress. Kerry is amazing! I was originally planning on shipping my Australian Shepherd from Louisville, Kentucky to San Diego. Fortunately, for us both, Kerry reached out and offered her services. From the moment I engaged with her, you could tell she had a genuine desire to help whether I planned on booking with her or not. I ultimately made the decision to use her, and I am incredibly glad I did. I was able to quickly, safely and conveniently transport my dog across country in the comfort of an airplane, as opposed to being stuck in a van for four or five days. The cost was extremely competitive, especially when compared to privately transporting my dog clear across country. Kerry even explained how she could help me travel with my dog internationally. We all flew together on the same flight and things could not have gone more smoothly. Kerry gave me several flight options and was incredibly knowledgeable. She literally thought of everything. She was in constant communication and was incredibly easy to work with. Her background as a flight attendant and her knowledge about flying with service dogs is extensive. The thing that impressed me most about Kerry is her genuine love for all dogs and helping people effortlessly travel with their pets. I’m sure I will use her again many more times in the future. We absolutely loved our experience with Emi! We were so stressed over how we were going to get our two pets (a dog and a cat) from Wisconsin all the way to California with us— to be honest I was wary about booking using this website but Emi absolutely exceeded all of my expectations. She provided frequent updates throughout the day on how my pets were doing, and sent tons and tons of pictures of them! I was especially worried about how my cat would do on the long trip, but Emi was so sweet with him and he didn’t even end up needing the prescription anxiety medication I got for him! Jamil was Great! I’m a GSD breeder and needed to ship a dog to NY from NC. He contacted me the night before and several times the morning of the pickup. I had to run a quick errand and left thinking I would be back before he got there but I was late so my friend greeted him and sent the dog with him. She forgot a few things and Jamil was so worried about the dog having everything he needed he took it upon himself to stop and get the dog the items my friend forgot. Mike took on our cats (including a nursing mother with 4 kittens) and our Great Pyrenees. He arrived on time and very prepared. He provided litter, food, and anything you can think of. Mike kept us updated the entire drive… over 2,000 miles and our pets arrived at our new home on time and safe. Every single animal was well cared for and he even took some beautiful photos of our dog with the mountains behind him. This was a stressful and long move for my family and I can not express how much I appreciate his professionalism and kindness. I would most definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone.

He picked up our boat from the repair shop, kept us posted with updates throughout, transported it to the marina, and even assisted with launching our boat in our absence, then he put the trailer away for us. Zach transported my 3 year old dog Louie from Orlando, FL to Brooklyn, NY with next day delivery and my dog arrived safely and in good spirits. This was my first time using a pet transportation service and I was very nervous especially given the distance but Zach was super patient and answered all my questions beforehand and was responsive with communication throughout. He sent photos and a video along the journey and gave updates on whether he was eating and getting enough water. He also sent updated ETAs for when the pick up and drop off would be. My dog is a little reactive to other dogs but Zach was flexible and accommodated as needed while still keeping Louie comfortable. Highly recommend!
