I’m really pleased by the service that Melissa and Riley provide. They brought my dog from a rescue foster and he arrived happy and ready to rock and roll. I got photos along the way — peeing in Wyoming, peeing in Nevada — that were great. What’s more, after delivery Riley went out of his way to phone the foster and report that all had gone smoothly.

Melissa was AWESOME! I needed to get my pup to my mother and couldn't get there myself. Melissa was able to pick him and all of his things up and moved in comfort. She kept in contact, sent pics and videos and got him to Grandma's with no incident. My pup is a great traveler, but can be a little stressed in weather storms. So, for her own safety and his anxiety she made the decision to stay put when they encountered some extremely bad weather, which was relief to everyone, but as soon as it cleared up, she was back on the road to get him home. Highly recommend allowing Melissa to help you get your furry friends moved!

Tiffany was very communicative between myself, my sons girlfriend and her mom. We had a few hang ups with pickup that was out of her control and it ended up extending pickup a couple days plus. The trip itself did take a little longer than expected due to unforeseen circumstances with another prior transport, however- Spike was well cared for on her trip here. And I think Tiffany adored her time with her from Cali to IL. As far as getting her here and sending pics and taking phone calls/texts- we always knew where they were the entire time. Spike did arrive safely as promised. Unfortunately, it was not meant to be. Spike passed away shortly after her arrival. It was NOT due to anyone's negligence. The vet felt she mightve had an underlying condition and that long of a trip mightve exasperated it. I spoke to Tiffany on the way to the ER, and shortly after her passing. Tiffany was in tears. We all were. It was clear to me, she cared for Spike, truly. I am grateful she got to see the countryside and take a trip with a person who treated her like we do. I wish things could've been different in the end. But if I had to transport again, I'd absolutely hire her again because she was very kind, and I know she treated our beardie like she was her own during her last few days here. Sleep well, Spike. And Thank you, Tiffany for bringing her to us safely as promised, regardless of outcome. We appreciate you. - Stephanie

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! From the initial correspondence to drop off, Elena was communicative, kind, empathetic, reliable, accommodating and compassionate. She took great care of the dog in transit, and even better care of the dog owners. She made room in her schedule to meet our needs and her price was reasonable. Lily was the only dog being transported - much easier on the dog. I wouldn't hesitate to use this transport again and have no hesitation in recommending her to others. As a customer who recently used Josh's dog transport service to move my 140lb Cane Corso and 60lb Irish Wolfhound puppy from Lake Tahoe to New York, I am thrilled to report that my experience was exceptional in every way. I was initially quite anxious about entrusting my beloved pets to a stranger for such a long journey, but from the moment I met Josh, I felt immediately at ease. He has a natural way with animals and was able to connect with my dogs right away, putting them at ease and making them feel comfortable with him. Throughout the entire process, Josh was incredibly communicative, keeping me updated with frequent messages, photos, and videos of my dogs on their journey. It was such a relief to be able to see them and know that they were doing well and not feeling overly stressed during the trip. One of the things that impressed me the most was the level of care and attention that Josh put into ensuring my dogs' safety and comfort. He went above and beyond to make sure that they had everything they needed, from regular walks and potty breaks to plenty of food and water, and even tidying up the car before they arrived. When my dogs finally arrived in New York, it was clear that they had really enjoyed their time with Josh. They were relaxed and happy, and it was clear that they had formed a strong bond with him. It was such a relief to see them doing so well after such a long journey. Overall, I cannot recommend Josh's dog transport service highly enough. He is truly passionate about what he does and has an impeccable work ethic. If you're looking for a reliable and caring dog transporter, Josh is definitely the one to choose.

We had a great experience with great Dane farm. Our transporter was the best he kept in touch with us via GPS and phone calls and photos and it was a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend them and use them again if I need, I am going to keep them in my contacts just in case for the future but again, highly recommend them very personable, and our dog Blu was a happy camper when he got to his destination.

Wow! I was absolutely delighted with the truly "superior" level of care provided by Superior Pet Transit! Sharon and Jay not only showed my dog lots of loving care, they were also sensitive to his needs. My pup was a rescue, and Sharon picked up on his triggers from somewhere in an abusive past and actually took steps to help recondition him to diminish those triggers. After 2000 miles and lots of love and wisdom he was returned to me at my new home across the country as a somewhat less fearful fellow. Sharon also offered tips on how to continue the process to desensitize him. Their communication was great from start to finish, and they were on time with pickup and dropoff. I appreciated the photos and updates along the way. Thank you, Sharon and Jay, you are the best!

Honestly, there is NO reason to ever pick any other transport on here. Deja is PHENOMENAL. I have six (that's right. 3 dogs, 2 cats, and a chinchilla. SIX) animals and they got them from Denver, Colorado to Eastern North Carolina for an AMAZING price. I don't know what I would have done without them, they are the absolute best. Do yourself a favor, stop looking around, and just go with Deja, I promise you won't find a better person to transport your animals.

Jeffrey is a true professional and a really nice man. He drove our little puppy from Mississippi to Maryland. All the way, he gave us great reports, photos and even phone calls. Our puppy arrived in great spirits. The minute Jeffrey picked up our puppy, the breeder let me know that they felt really comfortable with Jeffrey. The driver had last minute vehicle problem and then she showed up with a rental car one day after the agreed pick-up day, with six cramped cages inside, She didn't have a big enough cage to fit a German shepherd, She said her company's owner asked her to cram all dogs in a rental car last minute, there wasn't enough space, and the cage she was trying to put my dog in was too small, and the only other option was to tie the dog in the front seat with her, She successfully loaded my dog in the front seat and took a ride in the neighborhood. She wanted to put the muzzle on all the time for the next 2-3 days even at night time, I said it's not recommended to put the muzzle on for more than a few hours, then she said I need to sleep in the vehicle with dogs and I am not comfortable sleeping with your dog in the front seat. and if you have a big enough cage to fit the dog I"ll take him, We went to get the cage and she dropped my dog's stuff off her car in the driveway and took off without telling us anything because she was running late, It was the most untrained and unprofessional company and the driver. I personally flew to the pick-up location to make sure everything works out smoothly because the Company said the pick-up will be on the 29 or 30th(I had a return flight on the next day which I had to cancel and had to rebook because they didn't show up till next day late evening with small uncomfortable cage for my dog due to their last-minute vehicle problems) Now today I have to drive myself with the dog to myself.

WOW!!! THEY ARE LITERALLY THE BEST!!! I adopted Daisy and Cheeto from my family and I was super nervous for anyone else to take care of them or travel with them because they have such huge personalities and quirks, I was nervous to use this site in general but I'm so lucky I found Beth and Lucas! They were so accommodating and flexible with dates and time, even waited for me to get off of work so I could be there for the drop off. They took the best care of my babies, sent pictures/ updates regularly and had tracking with life 360, even sent pictures to my Nana and my dad in a group chat! I can't say enough great things about them, meeting them was so awesome, they have amazing energy! daisy and cheeto loved them! hope we get to connect again sometime somewhere! ❤️
