This is the first time I have had to ship my dogs anywhere we are use to taking them with us on long travels however was unable to make any way possible to bring our babes on our initial move. Not only did he keep us updated on their travel but he was able to bring us our much needed vacuum that was left with their caretaker for their fur, as well as provided tracking. Our babies were well taken care of, the were walked and fed plenty across their 1,500 mile journey.

He no-showed without responding to any communication, leaving us in a terrible bind, He claimed to have hit a deer, as I see he did with another person he also booked with and cancelled on. He reached out after the fact to ask me to let Citizen Shipper know that I was refunded so that his account could be unlocked, and to confirm my account details. I never received any refund Despite confirming with him that he had the right details. If I could give zero stars I would. I hope he is okay, but truly if he did have the issues he claimed to have had, he could still refund me for the half payment I already provided to him.

I can’t write enough about the fantastic experience we had with VIPaws Express! Hayley treated my babies like HER babies. I received updates on my dogs around the clock with pictures! I knew where they were and how they were doing. She let them rest, took them on walks, and clean dog parks along the way. My dogs received the royal treatment of daily massages, fun treats and toys, and plenty of mental stimulation. They even made a little cow friend! When one of my pups ate through his leash, Hayley replaced it. I’m beyond impressed with the quality of service I received. My dogs were returned to me healthy and happy. I was so nervous about letting someone take my dogs coast to coast and I hesitated more than once. VIPaws made it so easy. As a military family, we move often. I have zero hesitation in hiring Hayley again for our next move and I’ll recommend her to anyone.

They got my dog from point a to point b and that’s about all they did right. The girl showed up smelling like pot and when she dropped off my dog all his things also smelled like weed. He also had eye irritation because she was probably smoking in the car with him. They also had my small dog jammed in the back of civic with two very large dogs. She never asked how much food to give him and I have no idea what he actually ate because according her the gallon bag of dog food I sent tore open (who knows when because I only found out after asking why she didn’t drop off the rest). He ended up needing to go to emergency vet once dropped off because of bloody stool and vomiting. The whole process was so frustrating from the amount of excuses to the poor communication.

She has tech gear that monitors each crate, and has outfitted her vehicle for optimal care and comfort for the furbabies. Beyond this, she is a dedicated dog lover that really does prioritize the dog's safety and well-being and efficiency (for the dogs' and humans' sake) above all else. Would re-book her in a heartbeat (and hope to do so next month!). So glad to have connected with her.
