Denise provided better service than I imagined possible in the combo transport of my car and two good-sized (50 and 60 pounds) golden doodles. She made stupendous time driving across the country, kept me posted throughout the drive, and, clearly, won the dogs over completely. If I ever were to move across country again (I would sooner eat my foot), I would not hesitate to call Denise again; I could not recommend someone more whole-heartedly nor with fewer reservations. I have had successful interactions with many shippers but I'm really unhappy with FACTORY TRANSPORTERS. I do not recommend this 'company', they are unreliable and dishonest. Made unrealistic promises and in the end I was unable to ship the cat. Then they had the nerve to mark the cat as delivered..... This whole thing really put me in a bad position and other last minute plans had to be made. ...... Just waiting for their reply to deny any fault I'm sure 🙄🙄🙄🙄

WOW! They drove from Wisconsin to Maine in less than 28 hours and had the best price! There were 2 of them so they could drive straight through and took great care of our new 10 month old dog. We wanted the fasted trip possible so Ruby would be less stressed and could get to us asap. They said they could do it in 2 days but we were amazed by their speed! We would definitely use them again and highly recommend!

Daniel provided excellent service to us. We had our Pitt bull fly to Miami, FL from Puerto Rico through a private company, and my girlfriend and I were not able to pick her up. We created Laila’s citizenshipper profile on a Tuesday and her flight was on that Thursday. Daniel came to the rescue. Gave us a great price, communicated with us every couple of hours updating us, and he asked questions if he didn’t know what to do (for example: the company that brought Laila did not provide him with any food, so he asked us what food he could buy her). He provided us with live tracking. Laila got to Miami at around 9am on Thursday and he brought her to my girlfriend in New York by late Friday night. Daniel was very friendly and kind and I am very happy we trusted him with our baby, especially since this was our first time ever having to transport her. She was in constant contact with me and guided me through the entire process of what to do and buy to help Precious (the cat) with the planned flight. She arrived on time to pick up Precious. The flight kept getting delayed, due to issues with the computer systems, and was finally cancelled. Tatiana notified me and the new owner immediately and she eventually found another flight from a different airport close by. Precious arrived on time in Kentucky, in great condition, despite the delays with the airlines. Could catch her plane with the nanny. There was power outages, hotels booked everywhere. The buyer had to drive hours to meet me half way just to meet me after canceling her meetings. What a disaster this idiot is !

Hayley was amazing! She communicated with me the entire trip. She was so so so sweet to our 4 month old lab Ben. He got car sick and she was very understanding and sweet about it. They stopped and got some new toys since his were ruined by his throw up. She made sure he was comfortable and loved the whole trip. She got him here so quickly and there was zero concern on our end. Hayley was absolutely AMAZING! We couldn’t have asked for someone more loving and thoughtful to drive our chocolate lab from Washington to Colorado. She cared for our dog like one of her own.
