Sophia was wonderful! I booked her with very little notice, she arrived when she said she would, and I got my dog from Massachusetts to North Carolina in the same day. SHIPPER BEWARE! I never take the time to write reviews, but this situation needs to be shared as a warning to future customers. Rick was great to work with in the bidding process and leading up to the pick-up of the items. A day before the pick-up, he let me know that he would pick up the items at noon, and if it were going to be earlier, he would give me a one-hour notice. He gave no notice and arrived one hour and fifteen minutes early. I had to scramble to go meet him for pick-up. In hindsight, I missed this red flag regarding how communication would go moving forward. I helped him load my items into the Uhaul truck, and off he went west. He left Atlanta, Georgia, on 6/23 and told me he would deliver in Idaho July 1-3. This was all agreeable. My shipment contained nine pieces of wood patio furniture. I taped an Apple AirTag in a ziplock bag to one of the backs of a chair. On 6/28, the AirTag stopped reporting its location. At the time, I didn't think much of it as maybe there were no iPhones around it to report its location. On the morning of 7/2, I got a message that he broke down in the middle of Kansas and had been towed back to Kansas City. I am not convinced that he broke down, but I cannot prove one way or the other since the AirTag was no longer reporting. After reflecting on this situation, I would guess he didn't actually break down but wanted to change the delivery date without discussing it. He told me it would be another five days before Uhaul could get him another truck or trailer. This seemed odd, so I started calling Uhaul dealers in Kansas City, and EVERY ONE of them that I called had trucks and trailers available. Things were not adding up... I shared this fact with Rick, and he became very rude in the text messages. To call it unprofessional would be an understatement. Upon dropoff, I noticed that the AirTag and bag I had taped onto the chair were missing. I asked Rick about it, and he was very defensive. He all asudden had an AirTag, taken apart, in a different ziplock bag. He kept blaming someone else in Kansas City for it. I had never gotten the feeling there was anyone else besides Rick. I asked him about the five places of damage on the furniture, and he claimed it was that way before he picked it up. It wasn't; the furniture was brand new. I asked to see his photos of the furniture, and he had yet another excuse for not having them. Rick is Rick-focused, not customer-focused. His communication skills are weak at best, and the customer pays the price for these shortcomings.

Absolutely Amazing! If You don’t select her as your transporter, you and your fur baby missing it. She is the best pooch handler a fur baby mom can ever dream of. Those words merely doesn’t justify the joy I have for Anastasia and her hubby. An extremely last minute transport request and they jumped on it. They communicated consistently during the quoting and booking process. My service animal and I traveled from Korea and because the temperatures stateside in cargo, majority of the airlines denied to transport him. We landed in Seattle and to my surprise, they were nearby ready to pickup Kiko (American Staffordshire Terrier (127lbs). They arrived to the hotel early and immediately I knew it was going to be great, Kiko embraced them quickly. Thus far, she has provided daily updates during their travel. My transport doesn’t complete until Thursday, however her service has been amazing to say the least. Pick her, you won’t regret it. If I have to transport again, I know who I’m selecting. We can’t thank Maykel's Same Day Transport enough! We had initially planned to transport our new puppy on a cargo flight, but the day before the flight, the airline changed plans and we weren’t sure how we were going to get our puppy home. To top things off, the Fourth of July holiday was approaching. Pet cargo travel is difficult to schedule due to weather conditions. I thought we wouldn’t be able to get our puppy for another week or two. I was hesitant to have her driven due to the length of time she would be in a vehicle (almost 1,000 miles). I highly recommend Devine Intervention Pets and Nodel and will give them 5 Stars +++. I had my year old Carin Terrier, Cocoa, transported from Chicago to Jackson Mississippi. Communications during the bidding was excellent. I had all my questions answered promptly. I was so happy with the transportation process… I was sent pictures of Cocoa along the way at bathroom and water breaks. I was also keep updated with the drivers location during the whole trip. Jeffery (Pet Portals) was truly amazing! First of all his bid was great. He texted me every step of the way and was on time for pick up date. He even went out of his way to transport extra luggage we had, which was his idea with no extra charge. He sent videos of our pup and updated us every 2-3 hours. He drove over 1000 miles from Amarillo Tx to Pensacola Fl and was on time with pups drop off. Everything went so smooth! I could not recommend Brandi and Nick more. BOOK THEM! They promptly responded to all communication, sent frequent updates including photos and video. They even had to scramble to find a different flight when the breeder hit unexpected traffic and was unable to drop off the puppy on time for their planned flight. Despite this difficulty NOT ONCE did they complain or even act ruffled. They are the ultimate professionals.

My pets arrived safely. Pickup and delivery were on time. Communication was good. I was a little disappointed that I couldn't send all my pets and crates as originally agreed. The SUV was not big enough to accommodate.

I booked this company 4 weeks ago. Very tentative up front but did not follow through on the back end. I saw the account locked about 1.5 weeks ago on this site. I reached out and he responded so I continued with the arrangement even though multiple poor reviews. He messaged me a couple of days ago and said he lost his phone and provided a replacement phone #. Was suppose to pick up pup on 7/2. I texted both numbers and also called. Both #'s disconnected. I sent an email and still have not received a response. I had multiple pups to be delivered per this shipper... >$1500 worth. It's now been 2 days and still no response... I protested my credit card for the amounts. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt when things were not going well... Poor judgment on my part. Sadly... I wish people would just be up front and be honest on their intentions. Unfortunately, 1 star is too high for this type of business practices. Please find someone who wants work hard, communicate, and take care of your needs!
